اول ماجيت شافني حارس الاستقبال ولا فك لي الياب ولا الشباك اضطريت اخذ دوره لان مو متاكده اذا هذي الفلل اول مره اجي اسكن لما رحعت ونزلت له علشان بس اسال بعدها دخلت ودخت علشان ادور الاستقبال انوقع فيه كاميرات ويشوفوني ادور بين الفلل ادور الاستقبال لين لقيت عامل وسالته هالشي كو حلو محد ساعدني بحمل الشنط بالدخله والطلعه السكورتيه مادري صراحه مش موريحين قاعد طول الوقت واقف يراقب اثنينهم وتقفين وافكين تلباب حق الخروج وواقغين بس يطالعونزفيني طيب انا ماشغلت سيارتي وكنت انظف السياره وبالليل رجعت قلت بصور لان من تليوم الثاني بطلع واقغ على راسي خير فيه كاميرات اتوقع تقدر تشوفني من غير ماتقعد ع راسي شفت كذا كرهت احلس برا مو حلو كذا هم ليش احل حاطين طاولات وكراسي يمكن ابي طيب اسوي رياضه واتحرك برا مع اني وانت طالعه شفت رحال جالس ع الطاولات ماشفت السكرتي ع راسه

It was a pleasant, peaceful and relaxed stay at Al Gosaibi Hotel-Villa

We liked the location, security, behaviour and personal attention by the staff, competitive tariff.

1. Entertainment (TV) didn't have many channels except 1 or 2. TV was also old. 2. Microwave was not working properly. 3. Table lamp on side table of bed room was not working. 4. Food variety and quality could also be improved.

I’d stay there again as it was very nice.

I liked the two bedroom Villa, coffee provided, the housekeepers, friendly staff, and comfortable clean place. It was a good location with a place to park the car and a lovely Lebanese restaurant next door.

There are some workers out of my room fixing the tiles and they did noise . Breakfast is weak and no more variety . Bathroom was not clean well.

Excellent staff very friendly and welcoming, the only challenge I faced is the traffic as the police blocked the roads to the hotel during the National day... other than that I would highly recommend staying there

Don’t even think about moving in

I have stayed in the property and i found out that its not clean especially the laundry room abd washing machine.

I did not like the extra charge for the carpet because they charged me 700 SR for carpet which doesn’t worth that kind of price moreover the size pf the carpet is maximum 2*3 meters and it wasn’t clean by the time we moved in 👎🏻
