Dining area with French window, recently refurbished kitchen , lounge are with a French window ,2 bedrooms with double beds 2 bunk beds in an alcove ( coin montagne ) -- sleeps 6 people . Shower room with has a wash basin & toilet + separate toilet , very useful when you are a family & want to get out skiing & walking !

Vue exceptionnelle
L'appartement est très bien situé et rien ne manque pour se préparer une fondue ou autre repas , la terrasse est ensoleillée avec une vue dégagée sur la vallée.
Emplacement parking très appréciable et les chiens sont acceptés.
Proche des petits commerces.
On a passé un excellent séjour et on compte bien y revenir.

The apartment was really comfortable and very well equipped ( especially the kitchen) and very close to the main village centre of Chatel with great access to the buses to take you up to the ski slopes and also a short stroll to lovely local restaurants & bars.

Appartement très cosy, emplacement et vue exceptionnels
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de ski dans cet appartement, à deux pas des remontées mécaniques et avec superbe vue sur la vallée. Très lumineux, offrant jeux de société, appareil à fondue, et très bonne communication avec Veronica qui est de bons conseils (notamment concernant la location du matériel de ski et les restaurants).
Nous reviendrons, c’est certain !

Very nice appartment, situated in the center of Châtel. Skibus stops in front of the property, all other within walking distance.

Nice view from the large balcony, indeed a premium rent.
We will return - definitely - as this is really a great flat, and a very easy and straight forward interaction with the owner and " room keeper"

Accueillant et très bien équipé, nous étions à l'aise et confortablement installé ainsi le couvre-feu n'était plus une contrainte ! Merci à Véronica toujours réactives aux mails et très arrangeante. Simple and beautiful
Great stay at le Jessi. Cosy, convenient, a nice view and close to all amenities. And Veronica is very responsive. Me and my three teens/ young adult daughters had a great time there. Definitely recommend the place.

Logement très bien situé ( tout près des télécabines🏂et commerces), pas besoin de prendre la voiture🚘 + très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Personnellement, un petit rafraîchissement de la déco (nappe, coussins de chaises, torchons....)serait parfait.

Parfait pour un été en famille
Appartement très bien situé. Pourrait paraître bruyant le long de la rue principale mais l'appartement donne de l'autre côté donc très calme. Tout est accessible à pieds: piscine, boulangerie, magasin, super Châtel. Seul "inconvénient", il faut prendre l'escalier pour atteindre l'appartement donc plus difficile pour poussette.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ensoleillé à chatel. L'appartement est tres bien équipé et spacieux. Litterie confortable est faite à notre arrivée. Logement bien localisé avec commerce, boulangerie, pharmacie... Accessibles a pied. Navette gratuite pour la station. Appartement propre et grand balcon avec une vue sur la montagne et la vallée. Je recommande.

Truly a Home-from-Home with stunning views down th
A lot of care and attention to detail has gone into this compact but well furnished chalet. Everything you need is there, and more besides, and detailed instructions covering everything you need to know. Veronica is really helpful and obviously wants her guests ti be comfortable - cannot fault it. Chatel in September is quiet, being off-season, which we knew, but the views are great and a good mix of weather (snow last night, but 25 degrees and sunny on arrival, with more sun to come).
Would certainly want to come back - probably in the summer season when more is open, but we were stuck with our travel dates, and not disappointed at all. Lovely clean air a real bonus, and access to Switzerland in 5 minutes - then on to Chamonix/Mont Blanc in around an hour. The drive up the valley to Chatel is great, but windy, and you are not far from Lake Geneva (50 mins) which is always worth a visit.

Best equipped holiday let I've experienced
This is a great apartment, practical, homely and clean. Plenty of storage, 2 loos (very handy), great inventory for those who want to cook. Absolutely fantastic views down the valley. Nice touch of a welcome bottle of wine from the owner.

Perfect place for a hill-walking holiday!
We spent a perfect holiday in Chatel in a really well-equipped, comfortable and cosy appartment - with a marvellous view over the Abondance valley.
After lots of splendid walks (our favourite was the walk to "Chalet du Mouet") and a short, refreshing swim in the new out-door swimming pool (more or less next door to the appartment) - we enjoyed our evenings on the balcony watching the sunset and the breath-taking horizon.
The location of the appartment just like the description of its equipment correspond exactly to what we were expecting because of the information we had found on the HomeAway Website before. So if you you want to spend a relaxing holiday with a lot of possibilities to go hill walking, it's the place to go.

Fantastic apartment and resort
We had a lovely family ski holiday in Chatel. The apartment is very well located in Chatel, within easy walking reach of the shops, restaurants and ski lift.
With two children, aged 8 and 5, the lift was near enough for us all to carry our own ski equipment, which is very useful!
The apartment certainly was home from home for us, providing spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation.
The vast ski domain provides for all abilities, which includes a good mix of ski runs for beginners and a great ski school that our children enjoyed.
We definitely recommend this apartment, and we have already booked in for next ski season!
