Все было отлично

Сервис(приветливые, помогают) уборка,(девушка за завтрак уже убрала в номере и чисто убрала) бассейн( лежаки, зонты не дешевые) , еда(вкусно относительно других отелей), в номере все принадлежности (зубная щетка расческа ). У нас был боковой вид на море-шикарен! Лобби стильное чистое.

Nice place for a holiday, modern and clean property, fresh and tasty food.

The property is really nice and clean, bedrooms are comfortable and quite. Perfect I would stay at Vassos again. The restaurant is amazing, the food is fresh and tasty, all staffs are friendly and helpful.

The reception staff are not friendly, seems like they avoid to be nice with clients. Something that need to be improved.

I would go back there tomorrow if I could! That will be my first choice fir the next year holiday!

Everything was perfect! New hotel, wonderful location on the most beautiful beach with incredible blue and green sea water. Very kind staff, excellent food!

The only downside is not about the hotel but about the beach - the beach is crowded, especially over weekend. It is public beach and the most beautiful one in Cyprus.

More attention to the cleaning and the details about that matter The rooms are definitely not soundproofed. You can hear anything. The water in the pools is not heated, so if you are unfortunate because of the weather, like us, you can spend 5 days without entering the cold water. The band or the lead singer from the evening/ dinner entertainment show...is a nightmare. If I would be UB40 I would sue the singer for such a nightmare. Keep attention at the breakfast. They want to be so useful if you leave your table for grabbing something from the buffet you make sure you don't leave on the table anything that you want to continue to eat or drink. They'll clean everything, even if you leave your book, telephone, shirt, on the table or chair and so it is obvious that you'll come back, they don't care. It is annoying and frustrating. Inform them not to clean your table( before you go to grab something and if you are lucky to see them) The pillows are a nightmare.

The best and welcoming staff!

Everything was perfect! From location to staff and facilities. I cannot be thankfull enough for the way the staff handled all our requests. First of all, we arrived very early, at 10 o’clock in the morning and the room was allreadyavailble and the receptionists handled the card to us. we travelled with our son/daughter -in-law and our 18 months grandchild. We asked for close rooms and got a connected pair of rooms, so it was just perfect for the little one to have space enough and it was so easy to babysit him. We initially asked for a baby cot that was allready waiting for us in the room but then we changed our mind and asked for a full sized bed so one of the parents could sleep separate. it was no problem, we received the bed immediately. the cleaning lady was so nice and cleaned our room while we were having breakfast. The rooms were very big, bright and clean with the most amazing view to the beach and see. The massage I took at the spa was perfect and also the massage outside, at the pool, very good. The parking for the rented car was free of charge and we always found a place. We booked allinclusive because of the child, the food was very good, the staff very attentive, always asking if we need anything for the baby. We also asked for late check out for one room and they arranged it on the spot. Best staff ever! Thank you for making our vacation smooth and perfect!

Very nice hotel located just in front of Nissi Beach

- clean and spacious rooms - nice facilities (pool, gym, restaurant, bar) - perfect location right in front of Nissi Beach - good quality and variety of food offered in breakfast and dinner buffets - very tasty cocktails (reasonable prices)

Great view and great location

Great location with an amazing view of Nissi beach. Big size rooms and big balcony. Breakfast is great with fresh fruit and lots of hot and cold dishes. friendly staff and nice and relaxing around the pool area

Very comfortable hotel next to the beach.

Very close to one of the best beaches in Ayia Napa, supportive and friendly staff, everything is well organized. Comfortable rooms, everything was clean. There is a good bar in the hotel next to the pools. Breakfast was good, but almost the same everyday. We’ve had one dinner there, it was great, very delicious!

There are no tissues in the rooms. Also one of our rooms had 2twin beds putted together, but when you move they scroll far from each other. Administration staff told that its also a double room, which I believe is not for a 4star hotel.

Great hotel in a great location

It was our second time at Vassos and I can confidently state this is still one of the best hotels in Cyprus. The location is superb, just few steps away from Nissi Beach, which is the best beach in Cyprus. The staff always welcome you with huge smile. The food tastes great, the variety is also pretty good. The pool is amazing, with some great hideaway spots. Our room was facing the sea but with some limitations on both side. Our room seemed to be clean but there were some compromisies. After all I would still recommend this great place if you visit Nissi Beach.

Our toilet was broken where you sit on it and the bed was really uncomfortable with a big loop in the middle. I also found it odd that you don't get free drink for your dinner for this price. I can also mention the strange shower which let water flow into the room but it was not a big problem.
