Delightful detached villa, just completed, immersed in beautiful nature reserve of Zingaro, placed in a context appealing to the nature that surrounds it, where the sea and the mountains are melted to form a single landscape kept intact by the owners: behind the mountain, where lussureggia the typical Mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, pines, agaves, and palms in front of the panoramic view gives you a breathtaking view where power admire the blue sea of the Zingaro and the Faraglioni of Scopello. It is in a very strategic position: the Zingaro nature reserve, popular with tourists from all over Europe can be reached on foot, about 500 meters you reach the beach of Mazzo di Sciacca, 1 km to the famous cliffs, and, few hundred meters there is a well-stocked supermarket, a shop selling fruit and vegetables, bar, restaurant / pizzeria, newsagent and tobacconist. From the villa is within walking distance of the medieval village of Scopello, where you can enjoy various services: post office, bank, medical offices, restaurants, bars, church, shops where being able to buy local products. The villa is fully furnished and consists of two comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, tiled with typical Sicilian majolica, living room with a sofa bed, 1 bathroom with large shower and bidet, 1 outdoor shower and is equipped with every comfort. The wide veranda is always ventilated even during the hottest and outdoor spaces are ideal for children to play and to eat out.

Thanks to our wonderful hosts Angela and Salvo, we had a very relaxing and beautiful holiday. The service was exceptional - quick, polite and very warm. The very well kept, clean villa with a large garden, provided a private atmosphere. The view of the sea was enchanting, the absolute peace and quiet wonderful. The sea water was crystal clear. The nature reserve on the cliffs, within walking distance, was breathtaking and beautiful for hiking. In a nutshell: everything highly recommended. Susanne & Ottmar

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures. It is not a large living area but was very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful as us the view. The hosts were very accommodating and made our stay effort free. We had an excellent stay and loved Scopello.

Wonderful Villa Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea

My husband and I finished our three week tour of Sicily at this wonderful villa. The property is very private and quiet with beautiful views to the sea. It is very close to the hamlet of Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The villa was impeccably clean and very well outfitted. Angela is very friendly, responsive and helpfull. Highly recommended.

Fantastic quiet location but close to lots of things

The property was lovely - peaceful but close to beach and walking distance to the village. I loved the outside shower and sitting just gazing out to sea. A real break away from the hustle bustle of life.

Très belle location, vue magnifique au cœur de la réserve de zingaro

Très belle location, vue magnifique au cœur de la réserve de zingaro

La maison est charmante tout en étant fonctionnelle pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons adoré prendre notre apéritif et repas en terrasse, une magnifique vue sur mer, avec pour seul "perturbateur" sympathique, les oiseaux de la réserve...d'un calme parfait pour profiter d'un moment de détente en fin de journée. Nous recommandons fortement cette location, merci à Angela et son époux pour les attentions à notre arrivée (fruits, bouteille de vin, cannoli...un vrai délice....). PS : N'oubliez pas d'aller prendre un spritz sur la place de scopello (Bar Pasticceria Scopello).

Excellent endroit!

Superbe petite maison située dans un endroit tranquille et avec beaucoup de charme. La vue sur la mer vaut également la peine. La terrasse est belle et il est agréable d'y manger ou d'y boire un verre ou un café. La cour est grande et notre enfant de 2 ans a pu courir et jouer au ballon (mais attention à la pente un peu plus loin). Des jouets sont même fournis, au grand plaisir de notre fils! La maison est propre, jolie, rénovée et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et se sont assurés de tout nous expliquer. Ils étaient aussi disponibles au besoin. Le village de Scopello est accessible à pieds, mais il est plus difficile de se rendre à la plage dans voiture en raison de la pente abrupte qui nous y mène. La réserve de Zingaro est aussi tout près et accessible à pieds. Le seul petit désavantage: un air climatisé aurait été apprécié avec la chaleur qu'il faisait. Les propriétaires nous ont toutefois dit que nous avions eu des températures plus chaudes que la normale. Nous recommandons!

Fantastisch huis op schitterende locatie. Volop privacy. Op loopafstand van het leuke dorpje Scopello en een rustig schoon strandje. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Huis en tuin zijn goed onderhouden en zeer schoon. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Trapani, Erice en diverse andere leuke plekken in dit mooie deel van Sicilië. Angela en Salvo zijn bijzonder vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren/verhuurders. Absolute aanrader!

Lovely property in a quiet location

We just spent 3 nights at this well appointed and clean property. Great location within walking distance of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the beach and the village of Scopello. It's very peaceful and enjoyable just sitting on the patio, enjoying the view and listening to the birds. Angela and Salvo were very welcoming hosts and we very much appreciated the tart that Angela had made for us......a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this lovely property for a quiet relaxing place to stay in Scopello.

Très beau séjour de 2 semaines dans cette belle propriété en tous points conforme au descriptif du site. Calme et beauté nous ont accompagnés tout au long du séjour. La villa offre tout le confort nécessaire, la literie est excellente. Angela et Salvo nous ont parfaitement reçus faisant preuve de patience alors que nous avions plus d'une heure de retard du fait de notre avion. Et puis un grand merci pour les cannolis qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée nous plongeant ainsi sans attendre dans l'univers sicilien. Quant à la Sicile et particulièrement la région de Scopello, ce n'est que bonheur et enchantement. En résumé un fort beau séjour.

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons été très bien acceuillis par Angela et Salvo. Angela qui parle bien le français avait préparé un excellent dessert. La maison est au calme et jouit d'une vue magnifique. Elle est près de la réserve du Zingaro et du village de Scopello. Pour les courses il faut aller au market de Scopello à 1km environ, où l'on trouve de tout. La maison est bien équipée et l'intérieur est très clair. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci Angela et Salvo pour votre acceuil chaleureux.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Mädchen von Mitte Mai bis Anfang Juni in diesem schönen Haus am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes Zingaro. Das Haus ist eingebettet von Felsen, nach vorne hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber – es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lediglich das Sofa bzw. die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Haus könnten etwas mehr sein. Im schön angelegten Garten gibt es viel Platz und viel Spielzeug zum Spielen für die Kinder. Die Lage ist sensationell: mit dem Auto steht man in 2 Minuten am Eingang des Zingaros mit seinen vielen, traumhaften Badebuchten. In Scopello ist man in 5 Minuten. In diesem kleinen Ort finden sich überraschend viele gute Restaurants, tolle Cafés zum Frühstücken und ein perfekt eingerichteter Supermarkt. In 20 Minuten erreicht man den Küstenort Castellamare del Golfo. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus absolut wohlgefühlt, die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Das Haus, die traumhafte Lage und Umgebung hat sehr zu diesem tollen Urlaub beigetragen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben ;-)

Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt in dieser Villa und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen stimmen mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Vor allem die netten Besitzer sind zu erwähnen, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen haben mit Kuchen, Wein und einigen Grundnahrungsmitteln in der Küche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit netten Kleinigkeiten dekoriert. Wir können den anderen Bewertungen nur zustimmen.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in der Villa. Alles ist genau wie auf den Fotos und im Text beschrieben. Vor allem der Ausblick ist toll! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter haben uns nett empfangen, und es gab sogar einen leckeren Kuchen, eine Flasche Wein und einige Grundnahrungsmittel in der Küche. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich, dafür liegt das Haus aber sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß ist man in einer Viertelstunde in Scopello. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances formidable dans la maison d'Angela et Salvo. On a beaucoup apprécié leur accueil charmant (avec de quoi manger dans le frigo, ce qui est très pratique et agréable quand on arrive le soir), leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. La maison se trouve en retrait de la route, dans un calme absolu, entre la réserve du Zingaro et le village de Scopello (accessible à pied, avec boulangerie, bars et restaurants). Plusieurs plages sont accessibles à +-15min de marche, ou en voiture. Une voiture est quand même recommandée car à part le Zingaro à 2km et scopello; le magasin d'alimentation, et autres sites touristiques ne sont pas accessibles à pied. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment en équipement enfant-bébé (chaise haute, table à langer, petit lit, vaisselle en plastique, mixer, jeux, etc.). Elle semble toute neuve, est très confortable et a un très chouette espace extérieur. Notre petit d'un an gambadait partout, sans qu'on ait peur pour sa sécurité (pas de précipice, route, ou autre à proximité). La vue est absolument splendide. Seul petit bémol: en automne/hiver, il n'y a plus de soleil sur la maison apd 15h30, car le soleil se cache alors derrière la colline qui entoure la maison. Mais ceci n'est qu'un petit détail. Nous avons été enchantés à tous les niveaux par la location, qu'on vous conseille vivement!

A beautiful villa in a stunning location

We have just returned from a fantastic 1 week stay at this beautiful villa. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to Scopello town, beach and literally next to the Zingaro Nature Reserve. Relaxing at the villa is equally perfect, totally secluded, with many home comforts and breathtaking views from the veranda. The house itself is extremely clean and well equipped with absolutely everything you need, along with a number of extras which we really appreciated not having to bring or buy (e.g., children's toys, games, candles, beach umbrellas, a basic kitchen larder, detergents, etc). The furniture, fittings and equipment throughout the house are in very good condition. Angela and Salvo were amazing hosts. All instructions regarding the house were provided prior to arrival and were very clear. They personally escorted us to the villa and also greeted us before our departure. They provided us with a very much appreciated 'welcome hamper' including pasta, a bottle of wine and a delicious homemade tart. These kind of personal touches were evident in the villa as well in decorative touches such has flowers, candles, etc. We cannot recommend this villa and the location highly enough, for a relaxed holiday in a beautiful setting.

La maison est adorable et très bien équipée, avec toutes les petites attentions qui facilitent votre séjour. La vue est splendide et la situation est parfaite pour visiter l'ouest de la Sicile. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et nous ont accueillis avec une maison chauffée, les lits faits et de quoi se faire à manger pour le lendemain, y compris une bonne tarte maison! Bref, une très bonne adresse à recommander qui ravira petits et grands (jeux pour enfants en quantité)!

It`s brand new house with a beautifull view, the furnitures are new & nice. When we arrived, we found coffee, pasta, milk and fruits and a bottle of redwin. Everything was a gift from the landlords!
