Convenient location from where to explore the algarve.

Wonderful staff who were responsive to anything needing attn. very friendly. The room was huge so we had plenty of room to spread out. The washer and dryer were a godsend! The room looked freshly painted. Great breakfast, nice bar.the murals were amazing!

Bathtub was slippery. Liquid hand soap would be neater than the bar that gets messy from sitting in water.

Room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The room was very large with a comfy bed. The kitchenette was stocked with the basics. If you are driving a vehicle, there is extremely convenient parking right under the apartment.

The room we stayed in could have used some up keeping.

Atendimento Excepcional: A equipe do hotel foi notavelmente atenciosa e hospitaleira, com destaque especial para a recepcionista Beatriz, cujas informações preciosas enriqueceram nossa estadia. Quartos Amplos com Cozinha: Os quartos são espaçosos e bem equipados, incluindo uma pequena cozinha que nos permitiu aquecer refeições, como uma sopa para o jantar. A disponibilidade de louças e panelas foi um bônus conveniente. Sacada: Apesar de não oferecer vista, a sacada adiciona um charme especial ao quarto. Banheiro Funcional: O banheiro é simples, mas perfeitamente adequado às necessidades básicas. Café da Manhã e Restaurante: O café da manhã é bom, com um atendimento mais personalizado. As pinturas nas paredes do restaurante adicionam um toque artístico ao ambiente. Áreas Externas no Verão: Durante o verão, a piscina e o jardim são ótimos espaços para relaxar e aproveitar o clima.

Overall we were satisfied with the stay.

Rooms were clean and the heating worked well.

The car parking under the room was a bit tight for our rented car, so the next days we parked on the free hotel parking places. Our room was close to the bar and the noise from bar goers were loud till well after midnight during the weekend.

Pequeno almoço competente. Muito bem localizado.

Hotel com necessidades claras de alguma conservação e manutenção. O quarto onde fiquei fica junto à estrada, e com a passagem dos carros tornou-se impossível dormir, já que as janelas não tem as características acústicas para evitar este ruído. Quarto muito frio, equipado com ar condicionado mas claramente sub dimensionado para a dimensão do quarto. Quarto com muitas janelas e sem blackouts/persianas capazes de impedir a entrada da luz. Uma experiência a não repetir.

Todo según lo previsto, buen desayuno

Todo en general muy bien, el desayuno bueno y variado, la piscina abierta pero el tiempo no acompañó para poder usarla y el aparcamiento bien y bajo techado.

La estancia fue buena y agradable, por decir algo, diría que está demasiado pegado a la carretera general y que cuenta con pocos jardines y zonas verdes.

Exceptional

The food was very good and diverse, the view from the room from was amazing. The swimming pool was clean and the water was not so cold. The lady from the reception was very nice and helpful, we checked in ealier thatn we expected. The room service was very nice, the room was equipted well, everything you need, even small kitcken to prepare food by your own.

The reception is nice. Location is good. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The beddings were comfortable.

The reception could not indicate some useful info, e.g. breakfast time/location, wifi passport, parking lot, until we asked. I think these info is supposed to be informed during check in or in the room card, but they got neither. Hair was found in the bathroom floor. No ventilation system was observed in the bathroom, thus it felt very moist.

Great value and good stay to visit the Algarve

Nice apartment, clean, super friendly staff, good value accommodation

Kitchen could have had some more utilities, but we bought some detergent and cleaning cloths and left them for the next people :) so not big of a deal :)

Perfect spot to stay and go to explore Algarve !

Size of the room 201 was really nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Location was perfect for us, not in a crowded area as it is not by the beach. It was an excellent option for us to explore areas we planned. Pool was really good as well and quiet for the week we were in! Once in Algarve, we are definitely staying here again.

They forgot to clean our room for a day, which was solved for the following days after my complaint.

Big bed, comfortable. Kitchen to cook in. Little balcony. Batroom small but practical. Pool and pool area looked nice, though I didn't use it.

I think they should have a sponge, t-towel and a couple of satchels of washing detergent, considering there's a kitchen. But was told you have to pay extra for that.

value for money!

location highly convenient, housekeeping was thoughtful and thorough. reception was helpful in tending to our needs. bathroom was clean and shower was well maintained. kitchenette was well furnished for basic needs. overall room was in good condition and clean.

pool was small and shallow. room phone to call the reception was not working.

All in all absolute value for money. (include breakfast in your stay, thank me later)

reception was warm and welcoming .check in was smooth. we had some requests for the room type and location and all of them were arranged very well (we had pool view from the window) absolute value for money we paid. we had paid stay with included breakfast (recommended) and we think it was very good considering the money charged and breakfast staffs were very cheerful and friendly. The pool was ok and but paintings around the walls and hanging flowers made the atmosphere beautiful.

housekeeping could be a little bit more careful with cleanliness of bed linens as there were small stains but nothing major to really complain about. overall cleanliness of room was very good.

Welcomed by reception staff. Lovely clean room and comfortable bed. Only stayed 1 night so didn’t use pool

Staff spent most of their time on their phones, watching TV

Location was good

Our room and generally most other areas of the property are poorly maintained, mold very visible in our room, patio and bathroom. Entire property is run down and in need of paint. Elevator broken, WIFI was sporatic and slow.

my stay was fine but I feel it is a bettef hotel for warm weather.

i have stayed at this hotel before. the rooms and location are great and the staff is usually very helpful.

the man running the desk in the morning was very grumpy and unhelpful. the room was a bit cold.

Superb

Staff was really nice and the hotel was located near a few restaurants. The location was perfect for us since we did the seven hanging valleys trail in the afternoon and kayaking in the next morning.

Beds were clean. Room not well maintained, could use some upgrading. The patio from our room was baren and felt like a prison cell. Maybe put a couple plants out there. Staff seemed unaware and uncaring…spent a lot of their time huddling around the bar chatting with each other and playing on their phones. First morning I was told breakfast was included , second morning I was told it was not included by a different employee (who did apologize saying it was his first day and was not sure what was going on) Staff not very cordial to guest.

I asked for a room over the pool when I booked with yourselves and upgraded to room with balcony but did not get this,the shower was too small you could just about shower and steps in kitchen dangerous

nothing. the day I arrived they had problems with the laundry but the room was ready as scheduled.
