Perfect location.

The location was perfect, we could see the slopes rising in front of our window! Additionally the location is in the Ruka Village. Living room was comfortably spacious and two bedrooms a great add. Also, you could see the slopes directly from your own terrace.

The sauna wasn't in a good shape, too dry & hot and the benches had some issues. When someone was speaking or moving in the corridor, you could here it clearly. Also, the facility notice that the towels and linen were there only FOR EXTRA CHARGE was not a nice surprise as we arrived.

Brilliant location and spacious apartment for a weekend skiing getaway vacation.

The location of this property is brilliant as it’s located directly in front of the slopes and ski lifts. Also the restaurants in Ruka Village are just around the corner.

Unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned well by previous tenant. The shower area is in need of deep cleaning, sauna bench needs some repairing and some ceiling lights did not work. In this condition the aparment is not worth of the regular price.

Mixed feelings about this place. well equipped but dirty and worn out.

It's an entire apartment with all great features like its own sauna, dishwasher, washing machine, drying closet, fully equipped kitchen, couch, TV, and balcony. Good location at the center of Ruka village.

The keys were not in the keybox, so I had to call and wait that somebody came. The flat was NOT cleaned at all. Trash in trashcan, food in fridge, and the floor was dirty as hell. Toilet seat was broken. Washing machine started moving when spinning. The rental company does not want to be called in the evenings, only messaging.

Good value for money.

Location was ideal. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

I had to call to get information about the room key, but good information was provided rather quickly.

Definitly would NOT recomend such a service

Location is exceptional, so is the view. Apartment well equiped.

Spend 40 minutes standing with luggage in front of the main door. Door was closed, no one mention the instructions how to get keys beforehand, no one answered my phone call for 40 minutes. Person on the other line could not speak english at all. When I finaly managed to get in, room was a mess. Toilet was dirty, dirty towels and sheets were on the floor and on the bed. Floor was dirty. I spend another hour waiting for cleaner to come to clean and another hour waiting him to clean the apartment.

Wasn't cleaned before arrival and took 2 days before cleaning person turned up.No service on site.

Avoid apartment 1410

Good location and functional floor plan for a family or two couples. Amazing lady working at the front desk who helped save the mess created by the owner (see below). Without the issues caused by the owner's lack of focus the place should have deserved 8 or 9 out of 10.

Room 1410 is rented directly by the owner who clearly tries to save in the wrong place. We were given no instructions prior to arrival, the code from booking.com did not work to retrieve the key (once we found out where they should have been), the room was not cleaned, no fresh lines, towels... to be seen. The non related employee of the reception of the housing complex (used by most other flats) did an amazing job for 1,5 hours to save us. The owner mumbled something when called by staff and failed to apologise for which, I hope for him, was a mistake. Muuten hyvä...
