Nice unless you reach a wrong person at a reception desk.

Room was nice and spacious enough and food was really good. Also the staff in the restaurant was really nice and helpful.

Check out at 10 AM seems to be quite early for this kind of hotel especially when guests are not allowed to use hotel facilities anymore once checked out unless for additional surcharge. Also offered late check out - for additional surcharge of course - but without possibility to really use the room any longer is a fail. Additional note that we can’t have another room once ours was already booked for another client because we have a dog who would make the room dirty was the ceiling…

Great hotel, wonderful furniture, nice wellness area with a warm pool

We asked regarding dinner (which was included in our booking) 2 times but got the wrong information about the time. However, they still managed that we got more than enough to eat ;)

Nice hotel, but with caveats

The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and clean. The hotel has lots of activities and a very large garden. The wellness area is great, very well-made. There are lots of toys and activities for kids and babies. The entire hotel, including pool and pool-area, were clean and well-kept. Staff were mostly very nice. The masseuse is very good. The hotel is very welcoming and accommodating to families.

The evening buffet was disappointing, especially for the price we paid. We and other guests we spoke to were expecting a-la carte, but were disappointed to learn that for the summer months they only do buffet in the evening. The coffee machine is quite slow, leading to long lines and wait times in the morning. There were very few staff members that spoke English or German, thus it was difficult to communicate. The prices are very high for drinks and midday food. Pool towels cost extra. On the website it seems like they have bikes and e-bikes to lend out to guests, but when we asked we found out you have to order them at least one day before, and they also cost extra and quite a lot.

Nice clean modern hotel Nice pool Food was very good (until 4pm)

No a la carte after 4pm, only overpriced buffet. Nowhere to have drink after 10pm; staff just simply turns off the light and tells you to leave.

Wonderful weekend gateway

We spent one night at Hotel pod Lipou (this was our second time). Everything was great from the comfy, good size room to the wellness and hospitality of staff. We’d definitely return again 😊

The kettle in the room didn’t work.

Superb

Very nice stay, we loved the pools, sauna, staff, room, beautiful bathroom and other sport amenities.

I liked that there was dog friendly hotel, paying 20 euro per stay, bringing dog bed and bowls to the room, we had to walk 5 min through whole grass lawn with notes - dogs not allowed to get to the area where dog could freely run. Restaurant also did not allowed the dog to enter. Understand that resort wants to keep poop free grass, for the kids running around, however some designated grass closer to reception or dog playground would make the hotel more dog friendly ♥️ Other, I found the food quite overpriced, breakfast was amazing ♥️ for the dinner I would prefer to go to other place just outside.

Nice and cosy for the weekend stay. Wellness and swimming pool was not too crowdy. Valentine’s menu was marvelous. Tasty and original.

Wonderful couple weekend

Spa was SPActacular, rooms were super cosy and clean. The hotel complex was beautiful. Large parking.Nice area. Thank you for wonderful weekend!

Restaurant has quite a big space for improvement. Menu was overpriced regarding the quality, preparation, way of service and portions. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and it did not highly damage overall experience. Hotel is absolutely worth the visit and I look forward to coming again :)
