Apestaba el drenaje del baño . El A/C estaba muy frío y muy caliente. No había luz en una habitación . Los abanicos hacían mucho ruido .

Great place with spectacular views!

The view was spectacular!!! Location was great, lots of restaurants nearby. The place was great comfortable beds and couch, updated kitchen was a good size and well stocked with essentials, washer and dryer was a plus and much needed. Place was very comfy and beautiful.

Going in and out of the resort by car was such a hassle. I know security is a concern but did we really need to be stopped and checked everytime when the parking permit was clearly visible and they already had our info, it was all just time consuming when it felt like other guests didn't have the same problem and were let in and out with ease. The laundry room window could've used a blind or curtain. More seating on the balcony bar would've been nice. It would've been great if the pool was heated just a little.

Was upset due to blank itemized list and damage deposit plus waste of a two day holiday when chasing

Location view value but service in English and damage deposit on card and five days with lots of damage in room on inspection.

Check in and out a representative on location for security issues And emergency contact plus English voice mail for individuals.

Unpleasant at first and then pleasant.

There was no breakfast... I liked the location and I was happy that once my issues with the AC, the dirt, and the fact that we had to spend 14 hours in the resort without a working AC were addressed. I was very disappointed and insulted at the lack of quality in this reservation and I was very upset with castaways rentals for lacking ability to handle it in a reasonable time and manner but they eventually did take care of it and upgraded us to the Sonoran Spa which is also handled by Castaway Rentals and it was an AMAZING experience! Adriel was a great help!

The condo was full of mosquitoes still is.

The beach and the pool .

No cable, 6 channels all from Phoenix, none local , Attack of the mosquitoes. First bedroom bathtub when showering water runs around the edge an falls all over the floor very bad design.
