Beautiful 2 room apartment well equipped and very functional for 6 people max in the Le Thuria residence. Direct access to the slopes (Transarc 100 m from the apartment) or the Jardin Alpin chairlift (ski-in if the snow is there) and close to the shops. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a 140 bed, an alcove with a pull-out bed and a 140 convertible sofa in the living room. Kitchen area equipped with ceramic hobs, multi-function oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso. Bathroom and separate WC. Fantastic cosy little apartment in a fantastic location. Great ski locker room and parking space in the garage made it very convenient. Note that you need to bring your own linen (sheets, towels and duvet covers). We made great use of the fondue set. It's very small but there's lots of great storage options.

Appartement idéalement situé, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Grand casier à ski. Grand balcon avec jolie vue.
Le système de conciergerie avec la compagnie des propriétaires est très pratique pour récupérer et rendre les clés, joignable facilement si besoin et en bonus la possibilité de rajouter des prestations pour louer du linge de maison!

Tout s’est bien passé . L’appartement est décoré avec simplicité mais de très bon goût et très bien équipé. Par ailleurs il est très bien situé.

Appartement bien optimisé, déco agréable, très bien situé (proche pistes et ESF, restaurants). Casier à ski a l'entrée de l'immeuble, juste à coté des ascenseurs.

The apartment is very pleasant and extremely well equipped and organised. For a small space, there is a ton of storage, hanging space, etc. The kitchen area is compact but easy to use. Very comfortable living and sitting space, extremely nice furnishings. The bed was long enough for me at 5'11" / 180cm, although if you're a lot taller you might end up lying diagonally. Although it's on the "8th floor", it's actually only two levels above the main entrance, and there is an easy (external) staircase if you prefer that to the elevators. Fantastic views of the mountains (and especially the sunset) from balconies facing south and west.
The location is very convenient for the shops, bars and restaurants, ski rental etc in the Villards area. To ski, you have the choice of walking up to the Transarc gondola, or walking (or skiing most of the way depending on conditions) down to the little Jardin Alpin lift. I wouldn't exactly call it ski-in ski-out, especially compared to some of the slope-side accommodation you can find elsewhere in the area, but it's pretty convenient. Boot room is easy and spacious, good ski locker.
I didn't find it all that quiet. Despite what others have written below, it's actually _not_ a top floor apartment - there is a large duplex apartment directly above (no. 925). There was a fairly boisterous group upstairs, and they were audible pretty much constantly including late into the evening and in the early morning. Given what other guests have said below, I guess I must have been unlucky with that. But overall, a very good stay, happy to recommend.

superbe appartement pour 3 personnes
Appartement très agréablement aménagé avec tout le nécessaire. Parfait pour un couple et un enfant. Parking extrêmement pratique pour le chargement et déchargement. Arrivée super facilitée par l'hôte. Très calme (dernier étage, appartement en coin).
A noter, afin de rejoindre les cours esf pour les enfants de niveau inférieur à 1ere étoile il faut prévoir 10-15 min de marche mais rien de bien grave.

Appartement idéalement situé pour les Arcs 1800, à 3 minutes du TRANSARC et 5 minutes du centre de l’ESF. A deux pas du village des VILLARDS (nombreuse location de matériel et magasin)
Au 8 étage des Thuria, le dernier appartement du couloir au calme, une vue magnifique sur la montagne et sur la vallée. Appartement de coin avec 2 balcons aménagés (table, chaises et transat) exposé plein soleil, génial de prendre l’apéro face à la montagne.
Petite salle de bain avec tout ce qu’il faut (même sèche-cheveux pas reprit dans le descriptif), WC appart de la salle de bain.
Beau coin cuisine très bien équipée (appareil fondue, raclette, grill pour teppanyaki, grille-pain,…) de quoi faire à manger presque comme chez soi.
Couchage de qualité et en suffisance.
Rangement en nombre suffisant.
Tv et multimédia plus que correcte, un WIFI qui tient la route.
Le plus du plus un place de parking couverte dans la résidence, à surtout ne pas négligé.
Comme on ne peut pas être parfait, un manque de matériel pour le nettoyage de fin de séjour (serpillère, raclette pour nettoyer le sol) et l’aménagement du casier à ski. Mais déjà prévus par les propriétaires pour la saison prochaine.
En une phrase, appartement conforme en tout point au descriptif.
Les propriétaires, Caroline et Stéphane sont très accessible, sympathique et à votre écoute.
Si vous chercher une location, pour les Arcs 1800, allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus.

Excellent séjour
Deuxième année dans cet appartement vu le très bon premier séjour, rien à redire sur localisatipn, espace. équipement, calme et facilité d échange avec les propriétaires. Nous espérons revenir pour notre séjour d hiver 2020 dans une station que nous fréquentons depuis 25 ans.

parfait pour 5 a 6 personnes, emplacement idéal: en bout d'immeuble donc très calme et avec une vue superbe sur la vallée, a 100 m des pistes principales et facile d'accès, garage inclus (très appréciable dans cette station), équipement très complet et de bonne qualité ( literie, oreillers, équipement de la cuisine), wifi fort appréciée des enfants et tres efficace, jolie Deco sobre... Bref, très satisfaits de ce séjour aux arcs pour la première fois, et sans doute pas la dernière

Un superbe séjour à Arcs 1800
Superbe appartement sous les toits avec vue magnifique sur la vallée et le coucher de soleil. Décoration charmante, moderne et très fonctionnel, situé à proximité de tous les magasins, l'appartement est de plus à quelques mètres du télécabine Transarc qui permet en quelques minutes de gagner l'ensemble du magnifique domaine skiable de Paradiski! Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour sans contraintes. Une superbe semaine vraiment.

En arrivant en voiture et en suivant le petit guide fourni, la place de parking de la résidence est très accessible. À quelques dizaines de mètres de cette place de parking, la récupération des clés est rapide, dans un cadre agréable, les hôtesses sont très disponibles. Du parking l’ascenseur nous emmène directement au dernier étage, le huitième. L’appartement se situe en fin de couloir dans un angle, il est d’un calme absolu. La première impression est le côté cosy de cet appartement très bien décoré, le balcon en angle permet d’avoir une vue très agréable. Coté de l’équipement tout est proposé, que ce soit le numérique avec la TV et l’accès internet par le wifi ou les accessoires pour la cuisine qui permettent de se préparer le repas que l’on souhaite. La petite salle de bain est très propre, aucun problème d’eau chaude quel que soit l’heure. Le lit principal est équipé d’un très bon matelas, parfait pour ceux qui ont des problèmes de dos. Les commerces et les pistes de ski sont à 3 minutes à pieds, on passe devant les bornes de rechargement des forfaits. Les arcs 1800 permettent de rayonner facilement sur tout le domaine skiable qui est très bien exposé. Les commerçants sont tous très agréables.
C’était notre première expérience des Arcs après être allé plusieurs années dans le domaine des Trois Vallées. Cette nouvelle expérience nous a comblés, on a déjà décidé de revenir en 2020, bien entendu dans le même appartement qui est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Appartement cosy et confortable. Il est situé à 2 pas des pistes, des commerces et de la navette reliant le funiculaire.
Nous y avons passé un parfait séjour et le recommandons sans hésiter !

Super appartement
Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé, juste à coté de la prise des forfaits et des remontées mécaniques principales, à cotés de restaurants bars et bowling sans pour autant entendre le moindre bruit.
Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle, bel ecran tv, wifi.. que demander de plus si ce n est un local à ski qui doit arriver l hiver prochain il me semble.
Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Séjpur excellent dans un appartement cozzy bien situé, ensoleillé et très bien équipé.
Appartemment très bien entretenu, propre, à la fois fonctionnel et cozzy doté ďéquipements de qualité en parfait état de fonctionnement, y compris le wifi (inclus dans le prix) sans problème. Literie de bonne qualité, belles vues avec terrasse sur deux côtés, l appartement ayant également le grand avantage d être au dernier étage (8ème) et dans un des angles, donc très calme (aucun passage diurne ou nocture car en fin de couloir). Situé aux Villards, un parking est attaché à ľappartement si nécessaire, il est à 2 minutes de la gare routière dont partent toutes les navettes (comme pour le métro, il est bien de les prendre en bout de ligne en saison...) et à 3 minutes de la galerie commerciale où se trouvent toutes les commodités, notamment le fameux Sherpa qui est la supérette de référence aux Arcs 1800. Quant aux remontées, elles sont à un jet de snow ou de ski (y compris Transarc) et on est sur du ski aux pieds ou presque selon ses préférences. Enfin, Caroline et Stéphane sont des hôtes très agréables et ont été soucieux ďassurer que notre séjour se déroule au mieux et de la manière la plus légère. En gros, sur 26 ans de location dans cette station que nous adorons, ce séjour est au top ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Il n'y a pas de casiers a skis mais l'appartement se situe au bout d'un couloir en "L" ce qui permet de faire sécher skis et chaussures sans soucis avant de les passer sur le balcon.
