This beautiful modern 1 bedroom apartment is finished to a high standard with everything you should need. It is situated in tropical, well maintained gardens, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. A 10 minute stroll will take you to the many restaurants, shops and forms of night life you could ask for. The local supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished and provides a brand new fully equipped kitchen including an oven and hob, fridge & freezer.
The complex is situated near the San Antonio Hotel in a peaceful complex. On the complex are two pools and with a plentiful supply of sunbeds and umbrellas, this makes it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. With the airport only a 10 minute journey by car and all of Lanzarote's main tourist attractions all within easy reach, this really is the perfect accommodation for a great holiday. The apartment has everything you require including a bathroom with walk-in marble shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge. freezer and microwave. A 40" Smart TV on the wall with Firestick, plus a DVD player with movies for your enjoyment. PRIVATE WIFI - fee payable.

We had a lovely week in the property. It was spotless and anything you need was there, even things I wasn’t expecting like sun chairs for the beach. There is one thing that would make us think twice about returning, that is no AC.. It was quite difficult to sleep at night with the heat & leaving windows & door open cause noise issues.

Apartment suited our need although it did seem a little “ tired”.Bedroom light not working and extension cable for bedside light not long enough to stretch to window side of the bedroom.These things were not reported because of a previous occupant who had an oven problem which was reported but no action was taken

Apartment was nice and clean. Modern and lots of utensils in the kitchen. ( Most I've seen in 18 years of coming to Lanzarote? ) Bathroom good and comfortable double bed so my boy said. Would definitely stay again. Many thanks Clare. Jason

Number 14 is well placed within Playa Park. It is always spotless and well equipped. We feel at home straight away. We have stayed a number of times and are already booked for 2025!

We stayed in Claire’s apartment for 13 nights. Great apartment in a lovely and convenient location. There is everything in the apartment that you could possibly need for your holiday. The complex is very friendly and well looked after. The Pool Is very deep but lovely for a cooling swim, there are always plenty of sunbeds whatever time of day you choose to sit outside.

My daughter and I stayed in Claire’s apartment for 10 days. It was a home from home. It was spotless and had everything in it that you would have needed. Great pool area and everyone was very friendly. It was also very close to the beach and shops. Would definitely stay in it again.

Wow, a great four days spent at this very well equipped apartment. Great location to explore all areas of the resort. The complex has a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds to use. Apartment was perfect and well equipped with everything you will ever need. I can see myself going back year after year. 😁😁

Gorgeous apartment everything you need is there and more. There was also a supply of wax melts with tea lights which is a lovely extra. Stayed in apartment 16 last year and this one is so much better. Complex is lovely and quiet maybe too quiet for some but for me it was perfect. Clare answered any questions within 5 minutes of contact. All in all a great 10 days spent here. If only the weather could have been better.

I am generally reluctant to leave a review when I find a quality apartment - cause everyone will book it and then it won’t be available next time. I’m making an exception this time around because a good review is thoroughly deserved. I’ve stayed in many privately owned apartments but when it comes to the cliche “well equipped “, this tops the lot. Very peaceful and relaxing complex in a good location. Highly recommended

Apartment 14 is in the centre of the complex. It has lovely views towards the sea and is sunny all day. There was everything in the apartment that we needed. We book it each January for that essential winter break.

Me and my partner stayed at Clare's apartment for 10 days had an excellent time,great complex very quiet and clean,easy access to all amenittes and beach.even the onsite small gym was great,we had a small issue with the internet which Clare sorted within a day.the apartment was clean and fully equipped really can not fault this apartment it is a gem,and the friendly people who live on the complex. The apartment is lovely with a modern kitchen, everything you need is there for you. The pool area is fantastic. Nice and peaceful too. Great location, 5 mins walk to nearest beach and supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the start of the strip. In all a cracking place to stay. Thankyou Clare for letting us stay. Cheers Terry

The complex is very well maintained. The pool is always cleaned The gardens are immaculate. The apartment has everything needed for eating in if you require it. The TV and WiFi were excellent. WiFi didn't drop out only thing you lose it if you are at the pool. The bed was really comfy and it is a king-size. We stayed here last year and it was just as good this time. We met the cleaning lady and she was so helpful. As we had arrived early she took our bags in for us and we went back when she had finished. The apartment is very quiet at night. Beach is just over the road and the main strip a 5 to 10 minute walk.

It's ok if you want to stay in a quiet place near Puerto del Carmen, you can park nearby and the beach is close. You can also use the swimming pool during the day. The property has got everything you need for a short break but I would improve the cleaning in the bedroom and the bathroom.

All great , new kitchen has everything you can want , although we didn’t eat in as only there for 2 weeks . Only one thing is the bed mattress cover should have been changed or a new one put on . Think it’s very important to have a very clean bed . Other than that all you need for a comfortable stay .
