É barato…. Não vai esperando muita coisa. E supri às necessidades.

É confortável. Fiquei no quarto da frente da rua… então tinha muito movimento.

O ventilador não tava funcionando… ainda bem tava frio senão teria me lascado de tivesse no calor.

Excellent choice for a budget stay in SP.

Room was very clean and tidy as well as unexpectedly spacious. Fridge in room was a useful bonus. Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful - the best thing about this hotel. (I do speak Portuguese so that probably helped.) Breakfast was fairly basic, as expected for the price, but perfectly good. WiFi was fine. Location was calm (away from noisy traffic or noisy bars) and fairly walkable, good if you plan to walk, taxi and/or uber (less practical if you plan on using the underground).

Achei ótimo, funcionários prestativos e educados, café da manhã com pão e suco fresco,superou a espectativa pelo valor, obvio q os móveis são antigos mas nem ligo, bem silencioso a noite achei q ia ser barulhento

GOSTEI DE ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA

Eu não gostei basicamente de tudo. Me decepcionei bastante com o quarto, com o banheiro. O café da manhã engana da foto inicial antes de fechar o pacote (basicamente era um pão com um bolo pronto de padaria). A localização não é das melhores, tive sempre que pedir um carro de aplicativo, não tem nada próximo. Achei o quarto caro, pela experiência que eu tive, parecia que eu estava hospedado em um motel do que um hotel. Não recomendo para ninguém.

Não gostei desse hotel. Era um motel que foi transformado em hotel, tem até aquelas cabeceiras cheias de botões p ar, música, luz...

O quarto tem uma placa que diz proibido fumar mas tinha gente fumando em algum lugar e o quarto estava cheirando cigarro, tinha gente conversando e ouvindo música, cantando, não consegui dormir. O local onde colocavam as toalhas e os lençóis era só o mofo. Destestei. É tanto que perdi uma diária e sai no mesmo dia. Não sei como tem gente que acha esse hotel bom.

Buena. Excelente ubicación de la zona Bela Vista de São Paulo.

Un hotel de instalaciones algo antiguas, pero muy limpio, muy buena recepción y atención. Está bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para una noche.

El desayuno debería ser mejorado, con algunos alimentos calientes. Además, del aire acondicionado debería hacer menos ruido para un sueño más confortable.

would have been better if staff were more nice and friendly.

The room was nice and clean, Location is good but be mindful of homeless people out and about. Basic breakfast.

The staff are utterly rude, They have no manners. it’s not a hotel, it’s a motel ( Sex hotel ) which we completely didn’t know until we checked in. You have people come into the hotel through out the night, There is no peace or quite at night time and it gets so noisy, so difficult to sleep. Would not recommend it to families or travellers.

Very poor

Cheap. Free basic breakfast.

Absolutely horrible manager who was incredibly rude to us and actively made our stay worse. The whole place has extremely thin walls, and lots of echo. The manager kept talking very loudly at reception all day, all night, making it unbearable to be in the place. When we asked to close the door that leads to the corridor with all the room windows (to reduce noise at least at night ... to try to sleep...) he declined and was extremely unhappy with us for raising any asks. Didn't want to try communicating with us in any language, even when we tried using translator in Portuguese. Non-existent wifi. We asked to try use WiFi in the breakfast room nearer reception in hope it would work better but were rejected again. Grim room. Everywhere smells of smoke. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

The size of the double bed was too tiny for a couple. This time there was some trash in the bathroom litter.

good cost-benefits!

it is well located and clean.They handle the breakfast a bit early to us.

We could not made a change in our reservation at the check in. In addition, there are some noise after 10pm at the reception. The pillow are too high.

The fan was very strong and could not be adjusted. But the rest was perfect.
