The hotel has was you need if you are planning to just sleep and be outside exploring the city otherwise.

Great location in the center of London. The room was super quiet, had good air conditioning, and dark. It was perfect to get a good night’s rest.

Adding a chair and a toilet paper holder would make the room so much better. The bunny is cute for theming but could be skipped.

Perfect location for theatre goers. Great rooms for solo travellers!

Excellent location, central to everything. I was seeing lots of shows so it was just perfect for that. The room was very quiet despite facing out to Charing Cross Road. I honestly wouldn’t have known there were any other people on the same floor as me during my 3 night stay if it hadn’t been for seeing house keeping going in in the morning. Super quiet. As a solo, female traveller, I felt very safe and secure in the hotel.

if you are a hipster up to 25 may this work for you. If you are a normal human being not so sure.

Location

Rooms although described as small, in reality were unbearably small. Both rooms we booked were significantly more expensive because they had windows. However one of the rooms had a window to a wall so that was unfairly charged as a window room. Mattress was uneven and old. TV is a must , I would never book a room again without TV. Sometimes you need to kick back and watch news on tv and not on your phone. Reception was horrible, tiny and smelly.

Fabulously located comfortable hotel with an awesome rooftop restaurant & bar.

Centrally located in the West End with anything you could need within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms do not have at least a small fridge to keep water/drinks/medication in or a table to even just sit at instead of on a bed.

The noise at home mid night on the 9th floor was horrendous, the bed is pretty much on the floor and not that comfy, 1 flat pillow each. The room was small, one plug socket in the whole room, which was not ideal. If it wasn’t for the location of the hotel I would of been even more disappointed

Super miejsce i czyste.

Pokoje dość małe ale czyste. Hotel idealny na weekendowy wypad do Londynu. Położony w dogodnym miejscu, blisko Big Ben i Parlament . Na wyposażeniu suszarka do włosów, brak tylko szafy, gdyby chciał zatrzymać się na dłużej, wszystko trzeba trzymać w torbie lub walizkach. Duży plus, za możliwość pozostawienia walizki bez dodatkowych opłat po wymeldowaniu. Na dachu hotelu restauracja, czynna do północy.

Thank goodness it was just one night!

The staff were kind and friendly. the rooftop bar and restaurant had amazing views. The shower was good and the room was clean. The location was close tube stations, theaters and tourist sights.

The “superior room with no windows” was expected to be small but not claustrophobic. The double bed had one side was against the wall so it was climb over a partner to get out. There was no where to sit or any room to organize belongings. We would definitely get a room with windows and some room to move around in if we book again.

Pleasant stay, quiet location, lovely staff.

The location was incredible, it was also very quiet and didn’t feel like you was in central London. The rooftop terrace bar gave it extra points as well as it was an added luxury. Overall layout of the room and bathroom was nice for a short stay.

There was no kettle/tea facilities in our room or a television. They’re just nice added extras to have in a room to make it more comfortable.

Ubicación inmejorable. Habitaciones aceptables, modernas, justas. Pequeñas pero como casi todo en Londres y no es de sorpresa.

Me hubiese gustado que brindaran pasta dental y otros adicionales ya que es difícil llevar a Londres en avión por los controles y por pocos días no siempre vale la pena comprar.

Lovely location, lovely staff. Perfect stay for a night in the west end

The location was amazing. Lovely greeting as we arrived. Room was very clean

Needed a few extra pillows on the bed. Worst part was we checked out at 11. We wanted to go for a walk for two hours before we left and had to pay 15 pounds to put our bag in a cupboard!

Great location, friendly staff, perfect for a short stay in central London if you're traveling solo

Location was perfect, could not have been better for me. Right in Leicester Square, perfectly located in order to attend my course in Russel Square. I really enjoy walking in central London so it was just perfect for me. The room (deluxe) was ok for me (alone) but it would have been go also for 2 (a bit tight though). I liked the rooftop terrace too, not the best in town but definitely a nice place with a nice view if your meeting a friend or just feel like having drink or get some food.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, it was not dirty but I would have liked It if the cleaners have paid a bit more attention to detail. Bathroom was very small and it would be ideal if room had one more piece of furniture to place clothes, etc . The room did not had a TV which for me was not a big problem as I did not spend much time in other than sleeping, however if I did, I would have missed having it.

Excellent location but pricey

Excellent location - easy to access the bus and the train only a 2 minute walk. The accommodation felt safe because of the 24 hour staff in reception and key card access at night time. The facilities were clean and modern.

This accomodation was more on the pricey side. We paid extra to have a window but there was no view. The room and bed was smaller than expected. The wifi did not allow access to some social media apps.

Really great location for those who want to be close to good restaurants, the underground and the West End. The room was compact but clean and tidy.

Generally for places in London (New York or any other busy city), you’re paying a lot for location.

Great location, cosy room.

Great location for the party we were attending on the 10th floor! So nice to be in the same venue. Aircon was good. Shower was brilliant. Bed comfortable.

It was cosy. Bed was comfortable but room overall was small. Bed, space, shower/toilet. Luckily a (glass) door! I was ok with a windowless but couldn't find a switch for the bright bathroom light which was glaring all night. I was sharing with a work friend but it was brilliant for what we needed.

Tactical position, cute, and small

The hotel is located in London's most vibrant neighborhood (Covent Garden), so the position was the main strength of this hotel - even better if your staying in London is short (like ours, 3-4 days). Also, the room was cute and the bed comfortable.

The room was freezing cold.
