Très bel établissement. Chambre propre, spacieuse et confortable, je recommande.

Le Blue Pagoda est un excellent établissement très bien situé sur une île magnifique. Les plages sont à proximité ainsi que divers commerces permettant de se ravitailler autant que nécessaire. L'hôte et tout le personnel font preuve de gentillesse, de courtoisie et de dévouement pour rendre le séjour agréable. Le Blue Pagoda dispose d'un bar et d'un restaurant servant des plats de qualité à des prix raisonnables. La chambre est propre, spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Une location de scooter est possible sur place. Le cadre est superbe et bien entretenu. Je suis resté 2 semaines pour mon plus grand plaisir.

Le condo, la chambre et l'emplacement sont parfait mais hélas pas le service.

J'ai apprécié la chambre, suffisamment grande, propre, confortable et bien équipée. L'emplacement, fort bien situé, proche de tout type de commerces et attractions. J'ai fait la majorité de mes déplacements à pied. Des taxis et des motorbikes sont immédiatement disponibles en bas du condo.

Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'un des agents de sécurité assimile ma partenaire à un simple visiteur en lui demandant systématiquement une pièce d'identité. J'ai rapidement fait changer ce comportement. J'ai fait 2 séjours consécutifs dans la même chambre. Un premier de 2 semaines et une prolongation d'une semaine. Pendant cette période de 3 semaines, le ménage n'a jamais été effectué dans ma chambre, hormis par moi-même. Les draps et le linge de toilette n'ont été changés qu'une seule fois. Le personnel de réception n'est pas très attachant hormis la personne affectée au paiement de la location.

I hate cockroaches

I always like KC Studio. It's my first to go when booking for accommodation in Cebu. The room we had this time was not too high. I was with my 4 year old son so I was anxious. 🤣

I was given our room but because the wifi was not working, they transferred me to another room. The bed room has division, so it's like it has a small living room. Everything's okay except for the small cockroaches. I had to put inside the fridge the plates, glasses and utensils we're using. Also, the beddings did not smell fresh, it was not pleasant. I hope they will read this so they can improve that room.

Okay but not good.

I liked that the room had everything I need for cooking.

The checkin time was 2pm, I waited at the lobby because the agent had a miscommunication she let me wait for 30 minutes to checkin another family when I arrived first. the elevator was down on a Monday night, my mom was waiting for me down at the lobby but had to use the stairs. People were having a commotion because one woman who just gave birth had to climb down stairs from not sure which floor, but she had trouble breathing afterwards. The pool is closed every Tuesday and I didnt know about that which was a bummer. Our room has the oldest AC ever. It made the room smell unpleasant. Not really the most comfortable stay I had I could say.

Everything great except aircon.

The place was clean and the place is situated very near restos and pubs and stores. We were able to walk to Robinson's Fuente and bought groceries, and cooked in the unit since they provide complete kitchen utensils too.

The aircon wasn't cleaned. If it ever was, then it wasn't cleaned properly. My husband and I wake up every morning with stuffy noses. The shower and faucet in the shower area often malfunctions.

Feels like home if you are at KC studio.

Staff/security guards are friendly and most especially the host Ma'am Tess, very accommodating to my needs and request, just a text away, they're there. One of the reasons I keep coming back to stay at horizon 101...I feel safe and comfortable.. feels like I'm in my own home. You can keep up your work because there is wifi, you can cook your own meals, hot shower to relax. Netflix and yt ready to chill. Great City view. Everything is here.

Nothing I can think of...because if there is something I need, I let the host know and they're definitely help you out.

Clean, comfy, friendly, cheap condo stay...great pool and location.

Well priced and very clean and tidy one room condo...All crockery, cutlery, cooking items supplied...Nearby supermarket to buy supplies etc too...Great 25m pool for laps etc. Excellent location central to most things in Cebu city. Helpful and friendly staff...

only 3 of 4 lifts running....need to sort that out....Otherwise a great stay in a cheap and very convenient little unit...

The location is so convenient.

There isn’t enough lift for the amount of people going in and out of the building. Some of it were broken during our stay. The bed isn’t that much comfortable.

stayed while I waited my fix flight. I didn’t need posh just a place to crash. nice and quiet no problems there

simple dorm type room. all the basics covered. if it’s not there then go get it. the essentials are. it was really center of any direction needed to go.

2 keys to the condo would have been more easier for us , however our stay for 27 days was great, nice poole relaxing area, and very nice gym setup

Cheap and not so cheerful.

Cheap. Good location.

1. The host waited until I was checking in to tell me the room was not available because of a blocked drain. She offered another room, at a higher price, or cancellation. As I had already travelled to the property, I felt compelled to upgrade. 2. The building has an absurdly long wait time for the elevator. Hordes of people queue to get on, and the elevator stops at every floor. I spent up to 20 minutes trying to get into and out of the building. 3. Both rooms aircons are noisy, keeps you awake at night. 4. After day 1, the host collected rent for the second day. Then she told me I needed to move to a different room. Not the original room, just a different room, which was a slight downgrade (but still at the higher price than originally quoted). The second room had a truly tiny TV and a poor quality blanket. 5. Both rooms have thin curtains which do not block out light. So after a sleepless night because of loud aircoin you will need to get up early. 6. On the second day, the host collected the keys an hour before check-out, which meant that I could not exit and re-enter the building, but was compelled to either stay or check out. 7. Internet connection was slow. 8. Overall, felt hustled and hassled by the host.

The place was good value for money as we have a nice view of the city and everything was working fine. The caretaker was responsive of our questions and needs dueing out stay.
