Brilliant stay, great location, great food & lovely hotel!

The staff were friendly, helpful. Breakfast was great, we loved the selection. The lady working at breakfast was friendly & always topping up things. Room lovely, perfect for groups. Air conditioned, spacious. Perfect location for bars, west end, sea front. 10 minute walk.

Balcony a bit small for 4 people. No pool on site.

Struttura sopravvalutata. Non vale quel prezzo.

La posizione centrale e la colazione.

L’appartamento non era nuovo e curato come in foto, per cui non valeva sicuramente il prezzo pagato. Il personale parlava solo spagnolo e ci ha dato poche informazioni. Aveva detto che la colazione apriva alle 8 e invece alle 8.30 ci hanno mandati via perché non era ancora pronto. Nessuna informazione riguardante la piscina che compariva nella descrizione ma nemmeno mai vista fisicamente. Doveva esserci il silenzio notturno e invece non abbiamo mai dormito perché gli altri ospiti (gruppi di ragazzini ubriachi) gridavano tutta la notte nei corridoi e nessuno del personale interveniva.

Sicuramente ci torniamo l’anno prossimo

Stanza molto grande e molto pulita, cambio asciugamani ogni giorno, bagno spettacolare, balcone, colazione con diversi prodotti (frutta, verdura e prodotti veramente buoni). Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, phon, microonde.

Si sentivano spesso rumori esterni e il Wi-Fi che prendeva solamente in camera. Mancava anche una spugna in cucina (solo una spazzola per pulire i piatti).

Really enjoyed it and very pleasant for our teenage family

The staff, especially Ana, were very kind & helpful. Great pool & staff very close by. Apartment had very good set up.

Maybe the bed / pillow could be different but I know that's an individual choice. The shower was a bit slow perhaps, again quite functional;)

In 2. Reihe und trotzdem tolle Aussicht.

Wir hatten ein Apartment im 5. Stock mit Blick aufs Meer. Von hier konnten wir die legendären Sonnenuntergänge genießen und auf der riesigen Terrasse entspannen. Zum Glück hatten wir keine Probleme mit dem Lärm der Gruppen junger Menschen, die zum Feiern nach Ibiza kommen. Das Frühstück, das gereicht wurde, war lecker und komplett. Badezimmer und Einrichtung war gut.

Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer rochen trotz ständig offenem Fenster muffig. Daneben waren es nur Kleinigkeiten, die störten: Wir mögen keine Plastikbecher zum Trinken, ein kleines Küchenmesser, ein Schneidebrett und ein kleinerer Topf fehlten uns. Die beiden vorhandenen Töpfe sind zu groß für den kleinen Herd und in einem Topf kann man nicht gut kochen. Reinigen könnte man auch. jeden Tag. Aber, wie gesagt, das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

De locatie is prima

Geen goed koffiezetapparaat; geen theedoeken; geen basis kruiden. Weinig opbergruimte in de keuken. Armoedig meubilair. Overlast s’nachts tot 4:15 door andere gasten( muziek). Het appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt. Kleine slaapkamers. Ik zat in een appartement van 55 vierkante meter

Spring break a Ibiza con la famiglia

Appartamento spazioso e con tutto il necessario. Parcheggio fronte struttura sempre pieno ma a 100mt a sud é presente un enorme parcheggio pubblico(polveroso ma sempre trovato posto). Pulizie a giorni alterni sufficienti e effettuate correttamente.

Microonde trovato non funzionante. Appartamento poco insonorizzato,durante la notte si sentono parecchi rumori dal piano sopra e quello a fianco e anche l'ascensore salire,scendere,aprirsi e chiudersi le porte

La estancia ha sido perfecta.

Limpio, acogedor, no faltaba nada. El trato de limpieza, recepción e hija de la dueña.. inmejorables.

Si he de dar un punto negativo y por ser realistas, la chica de la cafetería deja mucho que desear. Parecía que le molestara hacer cafés (y el local en ese momento estaba vacío ya que eran sobre las 10-11 de la mañana)

J'ai apprécié l'agencement de l'appartement, l'accueil, la propreté, l'amabilité du personnel Il y a un numéro whatsapp où on pouvait communiqué avec un des personnels de l'hôtel à tout moment (et le temps de réponse hyper rapide) Quelques mètres, il y avait la plage et pleins de bar / restaurant en face de la mer La piscine était très agréable avec un bar attenant (dommage qu'elle soit de l'autre côté de la rue) Il y a une épicerie rattaché à l'hôtel, ce qui est pratique (par contre aucun prix affiché ce qui n'est pas très pro)

La pression de la douche n'était pas suffisante, il n'y avait pas de parking propre à l'hôtel Dommage que la piscine soit de l'autre côté de la rue Les canapé qui peuvent faire office de lit sont beaucoup trop dur (je me suis retrouvé bloqué du dos pendant 2j malheureusement)

The worst stay I had for a long long time

Except for the distance to the sea

Poor service, with the soaring heat the air condition did not work. It gets switched off on its own and to turn it on you have to go to the reception to inform. They had a phone in the room which did not work. So, have to go to the reception in person to inform. Shower had soap dispenser which was empty, never filled I guess.

The property is a 2 star hotel and it can be seen as that. Our room had a few crack tiles with holes in. Also our sink was slow to drain so wasn't the best.

amazing stay, would definitely recommend

it was very nice, clean and the staff were all very friendly. pool was not even a minute walk from the apartments and the mini market was overly expensive like some other places. nice restaurants 2 minute walk away to watch the sunset.

Where they store your luggage on check in and departure is not locked the majority of the time and people can just walk in and out. If you arrive before Check in and need to get ready they only have a small steamy shower room with steamed up mirrors and people going in and out to shower so you are a hot sweaty mess before you’ve even left the hotel.
