Appartamento INAGIBILE

Sporchissimo! Abbiamo trovato peli, capelli, e polvere ovunque, anche sulle lenzuola! la lavastoviglie con i piatti sporchi degli ospiti precedenti. A terra, nel mezzo del soggiorno, una macchia gialla di materiale appiccicoso. In bagno non c'è il porta rotolo, per cui abbiamo trovato la carta igienica a terra. Una camera rumorosissima che dava sulla strada (nonostante le foto della camera prenotata mostrassero l'affaccio sul parco). Il parcheggio è a pagamento, ma non esiste una alternativa poiché non è possibile parcheggiare sulle strade circostanti. Dulcis in fundo, la reception chiude alle 20 e, dopo quell'ora, non c'è possibilità di trovare assistenza per nessuna emergenza. Noi non avevamo acqua calda nel nostro appartamento, alla reception abbiamo trovato solo un vigilante che ha risposto di non poter fare nulla e non poter contattare nessuno: quindi, in caso di emergenza si può morire. In conclusione, l'appartamento era INAGIBILE, ciononostante si sono rifiutati di rimborsare il soggiorno

Хорошие светлые комнаты, красивая ухоженная территория, бассейн и парковка

Долго искали по адресу с букинга. По навигатору заводило в частные территории. Перерыв с 12.00-15.00 не удобно для прилетевших раньше. Комната на четверых по букингу была приготовлена для двоих. В отеле 4 звезды, даже чай и кофе приехавшим отдыхающим не положили. Чтобы получить обратно залог, надо вынести самостоятельно мусор. В ванной необходим мелкий ремонт потолка. В предоставленном постельном белье была присохшая салфетка и надорванный пододеяльник.

Zwembad was niet open! Dus te duur!!! Klacht gedeponeerd. Niet op gereageerd. Geen tegemoetkoming, geen excuses. We zagen andere gasten stiekem in zwembad springen. Manager boos. Signaal is echter: zwembad had net als vorig jaar (8 april) moeten openen en niet begin mei na alle voorjaarsvakantie. We gaan heroverwegen of we volgend jaar nog terugkeren. Vooral niet terugkomen op klacht of iets van genoegdoening voelde zeer frustrerend.

De ligging

Sauna was niet open en buitenzwembad was niet open (pas vanaf 4 mei: is na de vakantie). Op de booking.com site stond oude info (8 april 2023 open) dus mochten wij ervan uitgaan dat zwembad in deze week wel open was. Gevoel is dat we teveel betaald hebben voor hotel waarvan faciliteiten dicht zaten

Le personnel à l’écoute, disponible et souriant.

A 400€ la semaine hors saison dans un studio avec un lit superposé dans le couloir, j’ai été déçu par le confort du canapé-lit. Le matelas est trop mou et j’avais l’impression de dormir la tête en bas avec un creux dans le dos. Vu que le canapé ne peut pas se refermer, il serait judicieux de le remplacer par un vrai lit avec un matelas neuf. Beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles et sous le canapé. L’ampoule du plafonnier de la salle de bain qui clignote au bout de 5 min. Le frigo qui était rempli d’eau parce qu’il était éteint et avait dégivré… Le parking presque indispensable dans ce quartier facturé 35€ la semaine en plus de la location.

Son personnel et son emplacement. Sa petite salle de fitness. Le calme (côté mer)

La propreté n’est malheureusement pas au rdv. Il faudrait faire les poussières avec plus de sérieux et nettoyer correctement les toilettes et la baignoire plein de calcaire... Trop peu de couverts dans la cuisine (seulement 3 de chaque) alors qu’il y a un lave-vaisselle...

Il manquerait un kit nettoyage pour la vaisselle. Pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée. Le prix du parking presque obligatoire, car pas de place à l’extérieur. Trop de codes : portail, l’accès à la résidence.

Dopo l’accaduto niente

Mi fanno entrare invitandomi ad andare nel parcheggio senza dirmi che potevo mettere la macchina anche fuori, senza dirmi che era a pagamento e senza risarcirmi un danno provocato da un’altra auto nel loro parcheggio sotterraneo, perché non hanno telecamere e si lavano le mani con dei cartelli in cui si manlevano da tutte le responsabilità. Uno schifo, per di più la loro innata antipatia e l’odio per la razza italiana ha contribuito a peggiorare la situazione !

Excellent apartment, nice surroundings, efficient and friendly staff overall. Not fully central but quite well located (a few minutes to walk to the waterfront or to shops, restaurants, etc.)

Not much to complain about... The staff forgot to give me the WiFi code (granted, I forgot to ask), then it was too late to get it because the reception is not open 24/7 (reminder: it is an "Apart-Hotel", not a hotel).

lack of customer service.! not helpful

nice room with a nice view quite at night.

so we landed late and when we got to the property there was no one to help us they gave us a number to contact but the number was out of service. we had no idea how to get inside the hotel with no keys no information. the staff didn’t explain to me that when i arrive what do i do.? so we waited like an hour to figured out how to get inside the apartment i tried few codes that were sent in my email. with no clue. what they were for. but luckily we managed to find the keys i side the safe. Overall all I was very disappointed with a service and the staff. we paid so much money and got treated this way. the next morning no one contacted us if we arrived safely and if everything was ok. I will not go there again.

I have a lovely time, home away from home. would stay again

The bedroom was clean, tidy and confortable. Bathroom was the same. Separate toilet. The balcony was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Secure rooms with shutters. Felt like a home away from home.

kitchen needs improvement, sink had a leaking pipe with lots of Calcium build up. Sofa was a bit dusty and dirty and stained plates. The pool close and the garden was not accessible at night. A blanket

Superb

We had 2 bedroom appartment, it was big and comfortable. The staff was helpfull, check in/out was very smooth. 5 minutes walking to the beach and the city center with tons of restaurants. Easy to reach Nice (the bus stattion just in front of the hotel, and it takes 40 minutes to the Nice old town) and Monaco or other cities (the train station is at 7 minutes walking distance).

Weekend away

We know this apartments very well. This is our 9th stay there. It’s conveniently close to Nice airport, only a 10 min bus ride.

The apartments are in need of updating! We saw some rooms were decorating. Hopefully it would be ready for the season

I will stay here again.

The room was upgraded to be near friends. Views from the lounge and terrace were wonderful. The room was very clean and reception staff were excellent. Bathrooms were well appointed and there was a good supply of towels.

A little more information on travel provision in the area could have been given, especially in regard to buses, trams and trains. A sheet explaining how to get these to the airport 3 miles away from the hotel would be ideal, as taxis are very expensive. Giving the links and bus numbers etc would be excellent. There was no corkscrew in the apartment - most French bottles of wine have corks !!!

The cleaning regime is poor.Our apartment was grubby and hadn’t been cleaned properly. Things were missing and things didn’t work. 3 lights not working as bulbs gone. reported to reception but no action . We have been staying there for 10 years and standard’s have slipped

I am going to this hotel 10 years,each time i ask in advance for certain type of room,they confirm i will get that type of room but when i come they give me total opposite of what i asked and after some arguing i manage to get that type of room but why they dont give me it from the beginning when it is available and i ask for it months before arrival?
