Atendimento Somente uma ressalva! Check-in às 14h00 e check-out às 12h00 está errado, pois não corresponde à uma diária inteira

TV do quarto não desligava, passou a noite inteira funcionando e prejudicou a minha estadia

Estou muito satisfeita com a minha estadia nesse hotel.

O café da manhã tinha de tudo um pouco, as frutas todas servidas bem fresquinha, os pães, café, leite, sucos, iogurtes, tudo na temperatura ideal. A hospedagem do nosso quarto, apesar de tudo simples, mas estava limpinho. Camas confortáveis, ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente bem, o banheiro tudo sempre limpinho. Eu e minha família, ficamos bem felizes com a nossa hospedagem, com certeza super indico.

Comfortable but noisy

.the room was clean and spacious, nice shower and helpful friendly staff

Very loud noise from outside. Window is completely not sound proof. We expected a good night sleep but the night ended at 3 AM with car noise and rooster and chickens that were apperantly the neighbours from the close by yard...

Nice hotel in not nice area

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was great. There was someone who spoke English to check us in. The parking area behind had security cameras.

While the hotel is nice it is not in a very nice area. In the amenities section it says laundry for an extra cost. We thought it meant we could wash our clothes but I think it meant you can pay them per piece for them to wash. When we asked we were shown a gross laundry area where that I think was not meant for guests. You'll need a laundromat.

We stayed here before and after going to the Pantanal, so it was a staging stop.

Best shower EVER! The bed was comfy, the room good, the safe worked, breakfast was good. And there's a reasonable pizza place about 400 meters up the street.

Noisy hotel, but otherwise okay

Quite central. Room was comfortable but very small. Internet was okay.

It was very noisy. Noise travels from the other floors as the floor of the hotel is ceramic tiles. I could hear guests two floors up watching football, and I could hear the reception staff talking and watching TV until after midnight. I complained twice about the noise. The staff on reception need to be quiet after 10pm given how much noise travels and not chat or watch TV with the sound up.

Beds were comfy.

They gave me a room with a window facing a wall, saying I was coming “from Booking.com”. Nothing was really good for the price I paid.
