This former bridge operator's house is located on a unique spot in Neerpelt. With 4 bedrooms, the house is ideal for a family or group of friends, but also for business travellers and sportsmen. Behind the house runs a canal, which is used by many pleasure boats during the high season.

The house is ideally situated in the cycling paradise of North Limburg, in the middle of an environment with a lot of water and green, and yet close to the cosy centre of Neerpelt where everything is to be found. It is also very suitable for hikers. There is a beautiful walking/cycling route along the canal. Within a stone's throw there are nature reserves and many other tourist attractions. Nice to visit in the area are the places Maaseik, Maastricht or Hasselt. Many small towns in the area are also worth a visit.

The house was built in 1935 for the bridge keeper and has been completely renovated. The house is stylishly furnished and equipped with a modern kitchen. There is a terrace with barbecue and you can charge electric bikes in the garage. You can park your car for free close to the house.
