Tranquila pero no acogedora

Es muy buena la ubicación y las instalaciones, en referencia calidad precio está muy bien, las personas que limpian las habitaciones muy serviciales y amables, siempre sonrientes.

La comida, y el servicio del personal en general. La comida los chilaquiles nada cremosos, ni con salsa, el huevo parece huevo en polvo, lo único bueno fue el tamal, el café de olla no está rico, la recepción muy grosera con todos, hubo personas antes que yo y les hablo muy feo cuando fue mi turno le hable de la misma manera que ella y le bajo a su tono un poco hasta comenzó a sonreír, la señorita del restaurante nada servicial e incluso no tomo mi orden tuve que pedirle a un caballero que lo hiciera, el guardia de la alberca con mal carácter y el cocinero de la parte de la alberca igual, la señorita que preparaba las bebidas muy amable.

La ubicación

Que cuando llegue hacer el check-in me subieron el precio, no era el que estaba en la app de Booking. Me dijeron que tenía que pagar más por la niña, que en las letras chiquitas de la app decía. Yo no encontré dónde diga.

La alberca no es atractiva para niños y ay bastante ruido ya que se encuentra en el malecon

Rico ,es un desayuno americano el que ofrecen en el paquete,la ubicacion es buena

No me gusto que al. Hacer el check up me hicieron el papeleo me dijeron que esperara para la habitacion y despues a todos les daban su habitacion. Y a nosotros no cuestione que en que se basaban dijeron que por categoria daban ,mencionaron que nos marcaron y no fue verdad

No me gusto el trato de la recepcionista, el olor desagradable de la habitación, la limpieza de la habitación dudosa, las habitaciones dan la impresión de estar en un hotel “de paso”.

Buena ubicación, estacionamiento, agradable alberca y vista

La habitación no estaba lista a la hora de entrada, no colocaron las toallas para el total de personas,, no incluía desayuno y se ofreció en la aplicación, no preguntaron si se necesitaba limpieza, cambio de toallas, papel etc

TUVE UNA FUGA DE AGUA DEBIDA AL AIRE ACONDICIONADO ESTA FUGA ESTABA EN EL CLOSET DE LA HABITACION Y MOJO PARTE DE MI ROPA Y MALETA. INMEDIATAMENTE ACUDIERON LOSCDE MANTENIMIENTO Y DIERON SEGUIMIENTO PUNTUAL HASTA SU ARREGLO. YA NO FUGO MAS.

Nice clean rooms, loved the free breakfast.

I liked the hotel,restaurant ,pool, gym, but the clerk at the front desk was rude.

The only thing I didn;t like was the clerk at reception desk. rude and und unfriendly.

Exceptional

The hotel is conveniently located between Centro Historico and Zona Dorada. It takes about 15min to get to Zona Dorada on foot and Centro can be reached by bus, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. I really enjoyed the pool, the water is heated which is important taking into consideration Mazatlan’s weather in autumn and winter. The place is fairly quiet at night. There’s a tunnel that takes you to the beach directly from the hotel. During my stay, the vast majority of guests were Mexican families with children, Mazatlan as such seems to be particularly popular amongst Mexican families. If you’re looking for a party, pool scene or beach clubs, better go to Playa del Carmen.

Best hotel staff in Mazatlán after visiting/living here for over 30 years.

The staff really went above and beyond to assist my kids and I during our stay. They were understanding and compassionate and I really can't thank them enough.

They definitely need a rotating continental breakfast menu. The kids were tired if scrambled eggs by day 3 and refused to eat them by day 5. Rooms were the old school dark style with little natural light, but still the great staff made up for any small technicalities illustrating how important customer service is bc we would still stay here versus a newer hotel in the same price range.

Wishing for better given the room cost!

Location great, pet friendly. Wonderful pool!

Wish we had hand towels and small face cloths. Also, wish the bottled water had been fully replenished. We had 1 partial and only received another full one. Also wish they had hand trolleys available to bring our luggage up to room.

OK if you're desperate to be by the beach.

Our stay was ok. Very small room and not many amenities. What you're paying for here is being next to the beach which is just across the road.

Breakfast was ok but not great. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Only 1 person doing the checkins. Room is very basic. The tv measured 14 x 18 inches. Tiny.

Horrible!!

This is an old building with a face lift. Found a scorpion in the bathroom the day we checked in. The air conditioner was very loud, slow drain in the bathroom sink. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t a manager available. very poor customer service.

Duty walls, closet smelled like mold, dead roaches on the stairways. we checked out!!! it was grossed!! I requested a refund from the hotel, they said to request it Booking.com I called Booking.com and they said to talk to the hotel. Worst experience. I have been given the run around.
