Amazing! I recomend to others and will come back!

Reception desk staff is fantastic! They ensure you are having great stay and also provide great tips of activities you can do in Val Thorens, besides skiing. In particular I want to thank Yann and his replacement colleague for all good advices and orientations!

perfect location, people who book here know they come here to ski and relax, very easy location straight on the ski slope.

Very helpful team. Excellent location for the slopes and the town centre Great showers Quiet rooms Breakfast was healthy and plentiful - coffee machine with plenty of coffee options. Eggs, cheese, ham, cereals, fruit, croissants. etc etc Ski Locker room system works well and straight out onto the slopes

At breakfast, here was a bit of asking and waiting for things to be replenished (spoons, eggcups, yoghurt). Seems to be only 1 person attending and clearing tables at the breakfast slot - may need 1 more as everyone in the hotel seems to have breakfast around the same time so it's busy. Wifi was available but service was poor - you get bounced off and have to repeatedly reconnect

Great location, great food and friendly staff

Receptions staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Wife had an acciodent and they couildn't have dopne more to assist. Evening meals are excellent. really good value and I'd recommend it.

No warmers for ski boots.

Location fantastic though leaving and approaching the ski room would not suit a beginner at all. Staff very friendly.

Odd having a ski room but no facility for boots, so everyone was wearing boots into the hotel up to their rooms. Rooms are a little "compact" (as is so often the case in France).

it is our 3 time in 3 valleys. we enjoyed time in this hotel. breakfasts weee limped with choices, but had everything to

location is really good. Direct access to skiing. supermarket is near by. Room is not big, but more than enough for 2 persons.

there was no hair dryer and electric kettle. but we’re provided upon request

week long ski holiday in Val Thorens

The location was amazing , right on the slopes for ski in ski out! Breakfast was great every morning with a huge selection of hot and cold foods. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is lovely - very warm, cosy and relaxing :)

Exceptional

The hotel is in a very good location. There is a ski slope right next to the ski room. There is a good view of the mountain and the ski slopes through the window. The city center is right next to the hotel and you can walk through the streets and shops in the evening. Staff very kind and nice. The room is clean and cleaned daily. A delicious dinner is not repeated at the hotel every evening and during the week. For breakfast, self-service and you could bake eggs with bacon yourself. The car could be parked in the garage in the basement of the hotel.

Fantastic trip - excellent hotel with friendly staff, delicious food and clean rooms.

Brilliant food and drinks available at the bar. Really friendly staff and excellent value for money. We loved it.

The coffee machines could be on all the time and fruit left out all day.

I really liked it! First of all receptionist was very very nice. She welcomed me nicely. and I asked about the hot bath beforehand but got reply immediately and told me we have a hot bath which indeed we did! I asked for hair dryer and she lent me one immediately, helped us regarding the ski room and everything. Room was good size for 2 people, you can see the ski area right outside, literally can ski in and ski out location. Close to all the restaurants at night, very quiet you cannot hear much your neighbour. ( of course sometimes some people were screaming at night, but it was not that bad.) I enjoyed it a lot, would love to come back.

Great location, good food.

The location was fantastic. The ski locker room was right on the slopes, and you were only a short walk from the shops/restaurants in the town. The breakfast was good. You could cook your own eggs, bacon etc on hot plates. There was a good selection of fruit, pastries and a couple of cereals. The fondue night was great, and the hotel even had some entertainment before dinner as well which was a nice change.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The only thing I would say was that the soup would come out a little on the cold side most nights and some nights it seemed the waiters/waitresses would be overwhelmed and couldn't restock the desserts etc quick enough.
