My accommodation is located in a privileged and panoramic position on the splendid Gulf of Simius; it is only about 5 minutes walk from the center of the tourist resort of Villasimius and about 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful and famous beaches such as Simius Playa, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, Cala Caterina, Rice beach etc ....
My apartment is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning in every room, three TVs.
It also has a splendid and spacious 15 sq m living terrace overlooking the Gulf of Simius, furnished and covered for breakfast, lunches and dinners outdoors.
An on-site assistant will take care of your welcome and your stay from the moment you arrive at the hotel until your departure.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Küche ist in einem guten Zustand, das Badezimmer geräumig mit einer sehr guten Dusche und die Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten und jeweils einer Klimaanlage ausgerüstet. Eine weitere Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnbereich. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Balkon mit der wunderschönen Aussicht. Wir haben diesen sehr oft genutzt. Das Check-in und -out ist sehr zügig vorangegangen. Vor allem das Check-out: da wir bereits Morgens sehr früh an den Flughafen mussten, konnten wir die Schlüssel einfach in der Wohnung lassen. Nachdem wir uns nach der Waschmaschine erkundigt haben und zuerst verneint wurde, dass eine solche in der Wohnung inkludiert sei, wurden wir am nächsten Tag telefonisch von Hr. Enrico kontaktiert und er ist nochmals in die Wohnung gekommen und hat uns diese (ausserhalb der Wohnung) gezeigt. Super Service! Vielen lieben Dank auch an Antonella für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir werden bestimmt wieder einmal nach Villasimius in diese schöne Wohnung kommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 15 al 31 luglio in questo confortevole appartamento ben posizionato a due passi dal centro di Villasimius. Davvero bella la vista panoramica dal terrazzo. Mare cristallino, spiagge di sabbia bianca e rocce spettacolari. Estrema cordialità sia per le informazioni preliminari, che, sul posto, per la consegna dell'appartamento. Purtroppo mancanza di un parcheggio dedicato e sempre garantito.

Such an excellent place to stay!

Ladies & Gentelmen, I've got the pleasure to spread the news this property rocks :) Everything is so clean and tidy there. The location is perfect. You can admire both mountains and the sea from your big terrace. Everything is at your fingertips - shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach! The hospitality is great, the contact with the owner, Anotnella and her housekeeper, Sara is perfect. Take it, people, it's worth your money! :)

Tolle Wohnung mit schönem Blick Richtung Meer. Top Lage, nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum von Villasimius. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Traumhafte Buchten, perfekt in der Nebensaison, wenig Leute. Wir hatten Ende September/Anfang Oktober sehr warme Temperaturen und das Meer war noch herrrlich. Guter Kontkat mit Antonella auf Englisch.
