Excellent stay

I booked a deluxe double room with balcony overlooking the pool which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The cleaners were always around and the place was pretty spotless. Breakfast was quite varied and enjoyable. Located very centrally to the main square. The pool was small and got busy if there were a lot of kids in but was a great spot to hang out.

Reception staff had limited English (my fault for not speaking Spanish so just to make people aware!). Sunbeds at pool need a cushioned mattress as they're quite hard to lie on. Also, bar service is by calling reception only.

Room, services eg laundry, breakfast, location quite convenient, felt safe.

Swimming pool could be cleaned up (didn’t use bc of this) but also recognize it is end of summer season

Enjoy a quiet and clean room within walking distance to the beach!

This hotel is exactly what I hoped it would be; a clean, comfortable room within walking distance to the beach. The staff was nice and welcoming, the breakfast good, and the pool and river view lovely. Couldn't ask for more for the price!

I will not choose this hotel for my next visit

Good location. Close to the Costanera and Restaurants and Bars

I didn‘t find the bed and pillows very confy. The towels were smelly. The electronics didn‘t work properly. i had to as assistance for the TV and air conditioning.
