Personal amable y eficiente, hablan varios idiomas lo que facilita la comunicación, buenos precios en los alrededores para salir a comer. La habitación era justa y suficiente. El desayuno variado acorde al precio.

O atendimento na chegada foi ruim. Pouco suporte. Os quartos e banheiros tinham um cheiro ruim. Tinha um pilar dentro do box.

o preço excelente / localização excelente bem no centro / café da manha bom/ ducha boa/ custo benefício muito bom / tem uma agencia de viagens dentro do hotel com bons preços.

a cama é grande, mas o colchão já muito deformado ficou ruim para quem tem problema de coluna como eu / não sei se aplica, mas o a reforma do acabamento do banheiro foi mal feita pelo pedreiro deixando o visual a desejar.

Calidad precio inmejorable. Personal muy amable, muy atentos, te reciben con una sonrisa y hablan español. El precio es muy contenido. La habitación está bien, nada más. Lo más destacable sin duda su personal. Tienen una máquina expendedora de agua fría a libre disposición en la cocina común. El aire acondicionado enfría bien. Gracias.

Quizás le falta canales internacionales a la TV. Y algún servicio de cafetería dentro, para poder tomarte algo sin tener que salir del hotel.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo. El hotel cuenta con cocina de 1230 a 23 para uso de los huéspedes. Super amplia y limpia la habitación 😃

Buena experiencia

La ubicacion del lugar, cerca del terminal. La calle de atras queda un feria y tiendas para comprar merchandesing y en la misma calle hay restaurants, casa de cambio y farmacias. El hotel queda en la calle principal donde pasa el bus a Cataratas y Argentina. El personal muy amable, te ayudan en orientarte para la ciudad. Buen desayuno.

Que no estuviera la piscina abierta. Ya que el calor merecia un chapuson en la tarde.

Excellent location for Iguazú Falls

Location of the hotel is great, extremely close to the local bus station to visit the falls or the tres frontiers and there is a bus stop a minute walk from the hotel for returning. 10 min taxi journey from the main bus station. Staff are extremely helpful and able to communicate well in Spanish and English.

Buenos paseos, hotel central. Buena relación costo beneficio

buena ubicación. Lo mejor la empresa de turismo que esta en el hotel, muy buena, buen servicio, amable , excelentes tours buen precio. muy recomendables.

Las sabanas de las camas quedan cortas y se salen del colchón, no permiten tener un buen descanso. Deberían tener sabanas con elásticos para que se ajusten bien al colchón Hay una disco al lado del hotel y el fin de semana hay mucho ruido.

Average stay in Che Lagarto.

This hotel has a good localization with easy access to restaurants around, beds are comfortable and the team is friendly!

We were at the fifth floor and had to go back various times to the reception because our key was constantly deactivated. The furniture in the room could be improved : there is no bedside lamp for example. Also, we were disappointed with the breakfast, the quality of the food was very average and we had to pay extra. For the price, I was expecting more from this hotel. Also, more briefing about local activities should be given to the team: we had the information that it will take us 4 hours to go through the Argentinian border when it only took us 1h at 7:30am ; and the team was unable to book a taxi for us (for lack of trustful contact?).

In general the hotel is closed to the heart centre of Iguacu. The location is great!

The room is worth for money! The process of online check-in is a bit complicated. Before traveling here I was in Rio de Janeiro, I am a bit busy for other stuffs so it is not convenient to do online check-in.

There are some ants in my room. It is really bad.

Good Price and Location

Spacious room with air conditioning and a refrigerator. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. WIFI worked well. Great location,. Easy walk to the bus station to catch bus #120 to the falls . Close to the bus stop for the bus to Paraguay. Very friendly and helpful staff (everyone spoke English). 24-hour front desk for late check-in. Good value for the price Recommended.

Our room needed a bit of maintenance including the hinge supporting the glass shower door that was oming out of the wall, Soundproofing between rooms could be better (bring ear plugs).

Nice place with good value for money. We are staying here for the second time. Good breakfast for its price. Bed linen and towels are fresh. Good pressure shower, plenty of hot water. Hotel staff friendly and cheerful.

In a couple of years the hotel will need repairs, the furniture is already tired, the wallpaper is stained

Booking .com Genius level Two breakfast should be included but it wasn’t . Swimming g pool is not a swimming g pool but plunge pool- you cannot swim there. Can’t charge the phone when you not in the room as electricity goes off!!!!! Plugs should be working all the time!!!! Staff was extra friendly and helpful ! Good value for money ..

Perfect location for visiting the Falls!

- Amazing location - 5 minute walk to the bus station for buses to Iguazu Falls, 10 minute taxi to the bus station and plenty of places to eat around the hotel and felt safe - Good size bedroom with comfy bed and warm shower - Small communal room with games - Free coffee available all day at reception - Booking tour inside to help with transfers and any trips

the ‘hostel’ is more like a hotel, it’s ridiculously good value for money! the reception staff really helpful and Eli who worked for the agency was amazing and really helpful organising our trips to the falls. buffet breakfast really good as well
