No volvere a este hotel. Insportable el ruido por la noche

Ubicacion bien, no desayunamos, relacion calidad-precio muy caro

Imposible dormir, tienen unos aparatos de calefaccion muy antiguos y el ruido es insoportable. Fatal para el precio que tiene

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica. Las camas son cómodas. No es un hotel ruidoso, se descansa bien por la noche. Está decorado con gusto.

Que no hubiera calefacción en el baño.

Un hotel muy acogedor y confortable para una escapada en Pedraza. Muy Recomendable.

Tanto la ubicación, como el servicio y el confort, excelentes.

El baño, necesita alguna reforma, porque se nota mucho que "tiene sus añitos",especialmente la bañera.

La amabilidad del personal. Hicimos un upgrade a una habitación superior y se notó mucho la diferencia: calefacción de gas (importante en invierno), bañera más grande y una cama enorme y comodísima.

Céntrico, pero con sorpresas desagradables

Básicamente que está en el centro, aunque como debes aparcar en el castillo, unos 5 minutos andando, si lo haces con maletas no es muy agradable.

Dejando a un lado la "amabilidad" del personal (para mí es importante la amabilidad, a ver, que no te pido cariño, pero sí ser amable o lucir una sonrisa al menos), al llegar nos dieron una habitación maloliente (las tuberías no deben ir muy bien) y con una polilla king-size en el baño. Hasta Rodriguez de La Fuente se hubiera sorprendido. Imposible luchar contra ella, así que nos cambiaron de habitación. La noche del viernes éramos -creo- los únicos clientes del hotel, así que muy tranquila, sin ruidos. Lo malo es que el desayuno no es igual si no hay gente. No debe compensarles hacer el desayuno completo sólo para dos. Pero vamos que el precio lo pagas entero. La noche del sábado fue distinta. Había más gente, gente ruidosa. A las 23:30 decidí llamar a recepción por los gritos y risotadas de un grupo que parecía pasarlo muy bien. A esa hora y tras un día de excursiones pues queríamos descansar, llamadnos flojos. La persona que me atendió (cuando llamas a recepción se marca un número de móvil) pareció entenderlo y logró que el grupo redujera el volumen algo. El desayuno del domingo por la mañana era ya más completo, todo bien... si no fuera porque el cocinero ¡se va a las 9! Es decir, se va cuando empieza el desayuno, que es de 9 a 11. Bajamos los primeros, a las 9 en punto. Y al pedir un revuelto nos dicen que el cocinero se ha ido, que no saben si va a ser posible. Pensaba que era una broma. Pero no. Como favor especial, pidieron "al ayudante de cocina" que lo hiciera, cosa que tuvo a bien hacer, y estaba rico. ¡Pero no te descuides con esto! Al hacer check out ojo, no suele haber nadie en recepción. Nos tocó buscar a la persona por el hotel. Y no esperes un "adiós, muchas gracias y que tengan bien viaje"... No. Si no dices tú adiós, ni te hablan. De un hotel que te cobra 70 eur por noche me creo todo, y me lo como con patatas. De este que te cobra 154 eur por noche NO.

Agradable y cómodo

El desayuno muy bien, bufet variado y muy agradable el comedor. El sitio perfecto. La única incomodidad es que el aparcamiento está a unos 300m, pero puedes llegar con el coche, dejar maletas y aparcar después.

Me tocó una habitación abuhardillada, sin vistas a la calle. La bañera dentro del cuarto con una cortina. Para una persona sola pues bien.

Superb

Very surprisingly good! Great location, beautiful rooms, very nice breakfast. I thought maybe for such a small town it wouldn’t be that good, but it was. Can recommend. The town is very beautiful. We spend one night, which was great

We failed to activate the air conditioning in the room. Wi-Fi is not good, but I think it is due to the area, not the hotel

So and so.

The rooms are nicely done and so is the hotel. The breakfast is nice IF you show up on time. Otherwise they run out of certain things or only restock slowly. The coffee was one of the best I've had in hotels and so was the orange juice.

The staff doesn't speak ANY English. We've tried to reach out to them multiple times via email and phone. However, it was impossible because they didn't reply or not answer the questions. On the phone they either didn't pick up or just hung up. The chef in the restaurant also got furious on our last day when we dared to show up for breakfast 10 minutes early. Even though the reception said it wouldn't be a problem and we only took what was ready anyways. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. At least in the rooms under the roof. You definitely pay for the location.
