Este hotel es una maravilla

Nos encantó todo. El hotel es una maravilla. A parte de que es precioso, está súper bien cuidado, todo súper limpio, el personal muy amable, tienen un parking subterráneo gratuito para sus clientes, tienes de cortesía café y agua en la habitación y todo tipo de comodidades. Además, la cama súper confortable, muy muy grande la cama de matrimonio. La ubicación más que excelente. Solo podemos decir cosas buenas de nuestra estancia, porque encima, es barato en relación a todo lo que ofrecen

L’emplacement ; les chambres spacieuses et confortables ; petit déjeuner de qualité et la piscine ; le parking souterrain et ce splendide escalier

Piscine mal entretenue; chaises longues peu confortables certaines endommagées; ne pas pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur au petit déjeuner: le personnel d’accueil peu aimable

O Hotel construido ao estilo minimalista e as instalações dentro do mesmo estilo, concluímos termos sido bem recebidos e ficado bem instalados.

O quarto deveria ter melhores condições. Não tinha tapetes ai lado da cama, o cortinado black- out com alguns buracos e a correrem com dificuldade.

Enjoyable one night stay.

Good location for the town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant only had steak no other meat and the bar couldn’t make either of the drinks we requested as they had no cream and no mint.

Good value for a stylish modern hotel.

MODERN style and feel, spa,pool, breakfast and garage parking. Restaurant food was very good Showe had great water pressure. Linens felt like great quality, and bath towels too

No in-room coffee, wait staff needs more training (technical and personality, warmth) Our initial chech-in person was great, but other front desk people seemed cool, and not warm nor smiled. Most of the time, there was not much smiling. Re:it would be nice to be able to get coffee between meals without having to ask a waiter. Our bathroom was small .and awkward since the door opened inward, which hinders anyone at the sink or toilet. C Electrical outlets awkward under nighttables- so difficult to see and kneeling necessary to reach them

A localização é excelente! O tamanho do quarto é casa de banho é excelente! O café da manhã é maravilhoso e o pessoal de apoio muito atenciosos!

Passamos 5 dias e 4 noites e a limpeza da casa de banho durante a estadia ficou a desejar !

Perfect for a tourist

Excellent location, perfect modern facilities, private free parking -- everything in the middle of the old town within walking distance from all points of interest, museum, cathedral, restaurants, etc. Very good breakfast, fast WiFi, and spacious room add to the pleasure

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city

Beautifully decorated with displays of local art and crafts. The circular staircase is stunning, every angle and step offering a different viewpoint. The elegance of surroundings was uplifting.

No recycling containers in rooms. The requirement to book breakfast the day before is unusual. Kind of limits the spontaneity that is, in my mind a hallmark of travel vacation.

La arquitectura contrastando con la ciudad. Los espacios limpios, simples, funcionales pero con propuesta de diseño.

Todo es perfecto. Solo la alberca exterior no estaba en funcionamiento pero pude nadar en la techada sin problema

Comfortable and convenient hotel near sights.

The location close to all the sights. The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and good air conditioning.

No Kleenex or coffee in the room. The bathroom light wasn’t bright enough and there needs to be an adjustable mirror for close ups.

Clean and well positioned

The hotel is well-positioned and clean, and staff are helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable.

There is no kettle in the room, and there is no complementary tea and coffee. The hotel considers itself 4 stars. These are basic benefits provided in hotels. There is a €10 charge for room service, which appeared to be limited to breakfast. Also power points in the room did not work.

High quality lodging; food and great location.

Location is easy to access; secure on location parking with direct lift access to the lobby; the Evora Olive is an upscale property that was repurposed from an old shopping mall, with every onsite amenity you need for comfort and relaxation close to the historic center; it’s restaurant provides a great breakfast and dinner (we didn’t imbibe in their lunch). The evening restaurant staff of Pedro and Luis were very attentive who made perfect meal selections. Our room 102 was large, comfortable and with a superb shower.

The boutique vibe. The restaurant’s dinner sevice was excellent!! Very Instagrammable. :) The stunning staircase.

1. I would have liked if your spa or reception would sell the soaps in the bathroom. It would be a revenue generator for your hotel too! 2.I would have preferred that…WHEN your Front Desk asked “would you like breakfast included?” And I answered “yes please”….that the invoice reflected that breakfast for 3 people. Instead I was told the next day at check out that I had to pay for the breakfast…when I had already told them the day I checked in and prepaid for my stay…that I wanted to include it. Strange.

We'll be back and I'll recommend this Hotel to everyone

It was one of the nicest Hotels we have ever stayed in. Location in the centre of town. Staff most helpful they would go out of their way to seek what you asked for. Rooms were big bright and spotless, Bathroom again spotless the shower was fab. Breakfast was very good, maybe a few other options wouldn't go a stray. food overall was very nice.

Excellent hotel centrally located in a beautiful city. One of our favourite hotel stays to date.

The location near the city centre was ideal and quiet. The food was excellent. The staff are amazing, especially the bar and restaurant staff who made us feel very welcome and well looked after. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return to this hotel again.

Excellent location, and having parking was a plus. We had dinner in the dining room and it was fabulous. Staff was very friendly, and the hotel seemed very new and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay in Evora

Great location.

Not very happy that we paid a very high price for the room just a few days before going and it was non-refundable. This usually means locking in the price. Then I saw a few days later the price dropped significantly. I rang to discuss this but was told this was normal. Also we asked of a quiet room and were given one facing all the air-conditioning units and below was a courtyard where people sat talking all night and in the morning. Also right over reception so noisy out both sides.
