Pleasant stay

Have stayed here before so was aware of my expectations.Very useful location and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful . A credit to your company .

An excellent value for money overnight stop that deserves the highest recommendation.

Warm, friendly reception on arrival. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. For its location I was not disturbed by traffic noise or the comings and goings of people at the services.

The bath was smaller than standard and therefore less comfortable to stretch out in.

Great location, perfect for weekend stay!

Clean room, good firm beds and super friendly staff. Being close to services meant you just had to take the exit to reach the hotel and easy way out too. Nothing to complain about this place. I stayed for 1 night with family and it was ideal for that!

Great Value, Friendly Staff, Free Carpark

Our room was big and had everything we needed. The accommodation is all ground floor which work well for us and the dog. The staff were friendly, they went the extra mile to ensure our stay was satisfactory. Thank you.

There was a big power outage on when I arrived. It lasted til. Midnight. The reception staff handled it excellently

It was in the right place People working there cared for it

Good price in comparison to other hotels around, but hotel is a bit old

Small hotel, Staff was quick and nice, no issues. Rabbits outside the hotel were nice to see. next to the hotel are Costa ans McDonalds located.

Old facilities and would require refurbishment. No restaurant.

Daylight robbery

There were bunny rabbits in the garden and Amy on reception was a great help in trying to sort me a taxi and very friendly.

Where to begin! 1. Room smelt damp. When I returned home all my possessions smelt so bad I had to wash everything. Even the things I hadn't worn. 2. Curtains were frayed so daylight came through in patches 3. Had trouble getting the shower to work. Every time I turned tap for warmer water the pressure dropped out and it stopped running 4. Showerhead was disgusting and hardened with limescale. Clearly has never been cleaned or looked after. 5. Despite having turned radiator up, it kept going off. I was cold and couldn't get warm and comfy and in the end I slept in my jacket. 6. Exceptionally poor lighting with one fitting that flickered. Why hadn't housekeeping/maintenance addressed this?! 7. When I left in the morning and wanted to complain at the poor experience, reception wasn't even open. 8. To add insult to injury it wasn't even a cheap stay. £140 to stay at a dank motel service station felt quite frankly like daylight robbery. Add to that the exorbitant taxi fees for someone to come from Winchester to get me to take me only 5 mins down the road, all in all it is not an experience I wish to repeat. It's a Days Inn, I wasn't expecting luxury but the basics weren't even good.

My room was cleaner than my colleagues

Couldn’t find the right one as postcodes the same - couldn’t get the same entrance twice ! Reception had a very bad smell in it also
