Accused of steeling ...plates ,water jug ,n a bin .... Like seriously what the hell. Maybe the rooms weren't stocked with these items. I am totally insulted n will not stay there again..!

Extended, and happy with Site & Staff, The Chef's do an amazing job with fresh exciting meals.

Haven't actually woken up early enough for breakfast, Breakfast times are between 4am-8am

Beautiful place , we sat laugh and enjoy our dinner .

We rescheduled our booking as we were not able to reach our destination on time. The customer service that I received that day I call was very excellent and very easy … she makes my day less more stress and she was very more helpful. Keep up the good customer service 10/10.

Passing through Mt Isa & wanted a quiet , safe place to stay. Being out of town , this park worked for us

AAOK always makes your stay not only cost effective but enjoyable.

Clean as always and due to its location you feel super safe.

Other guest need to remember they aren’t the only ones staying there. Park at your booked location and DO NOT PARK ON THE ROAD.

Unfortunately felt a bit unsafe in Mt Isa due to the high rate of crime in the area.

They had an awesome buffet dinner. Steak was cooked perfectly. Plenty of variety would definitely recommend the buffet dinner.

Double bed was comfortable but the single bed/bunks mattress was a bit thin and uncomfortable.

Good stay in Mount Isa after a worrying start

It was a little out of town so felt safe. Had a lot of mine workers staying there but that didn’t interfere with our stay. Facilities were dated but were usable.

the room had a smell that knocked you for 6 the minute you walked in the door. It was like a mix of dirty BO, mould and cigarettes. It was so bad that we left at 3am and crossed the Barkly because we couldn’t stand it anymore

Don't arrive late unless you have a backup plan, but if you get in you'll be happy with the venue.

I liked the location and the apparently good value for money. I have stayed here previously and enjoyed the stay. However on this occasion I cannot comment further as I was denied entry due to a clerical stuff up despite having prepaid in full. It ended up OK in the end as I received a full refund.

The staff forgot to leave out a late arrival envelope and did not answer the after hours phone despite several calls. I was forced to pay considerably more for last minute accommodation at another facility. I never did get a call back from the facility, and the refund was mediated by Booking.com customer service. I have arrived late previously at this venue and they have always left out a key for me, but someone messed up this time, then compounded the problem by ignoring all 3 calls to the after hours number posted on the office door.

Ahve been trying to book a cabin here for 3 years I now know why it’s usually booked out. Just Amazing.

Shower pressure is AMAZING. Staff so Happy and helpful. having access to large fridge/freezer was a bonus.

Remember to turn on the outside light if you are planning on going out at night. Very dark once night falls and hard to see.
