The hotel added positive impressions of the city.

Excellent location of the hotel; online check-in; very clean; there is everything you need: towels; parking lot, clothes dryer; refrigerator, air conditioner.

Great place to spend a few days in zadar

Great location Fully functionnal kitchen Calm and confortable beds Hosts are really kind and Will keep your luggage for the day if needed

The facility is sufficient for two people to visit.

There is free onsite car park and it is very closed to the beach 15 minutes walk and another 15 minutes if you want to go to Zadar which is a lovely town.

The A/C wasn't working properly and it was difficult to sleep with the window opened because of the noise of the main road, the cleanliness of the place wasn't great. the location is literally behind a big McDonald's therefore the smell isn't great.

Good!!

Very helpful employees! Clean apartment and a good location. About 12 minutes walking grom the beach and 20 from the city center.

Curtains could be improved. In the dark with tje light on you could look through them from the outside.

very clean cheap accommodation

easy to access especially after our flight was delayed for 7 hours and we arrived at 4am although we were only there for 5 hours it was good value for one night

Great location, modern well-equipped apartment

What a great location within easy reach (walking) of the old town but perfect if you have a car and need parking. It is also right next to the bus station if you are on public transport The little terrace with all the flowers and foliage made you forget you were right in the middle of the city. Excellent access to supermarkets and facilities to cook but easy to also make the most of the restaurants and bars in town. Excellent wi-fi, modern feel overall a great stay.

The apartments need airing a bit between rentals but you can easily open the windows and doors for air flow.

Exceptional

Close to bus station. Very modern and clean split level apartment with plenty of room. Very friendly staff. Allowed us to check in to our room a little earlier and were happy to store our luggage til our next bus. Nice walk to old town

Not wonderful.

Cheap. Handy for Macdonalds. Other restaurants about 5 minutes walk away. Private parking (access through MacDonald's car park).

Clever use of a small cube of space. Sadly, the end result didn't make a place I'd want to spend much time in. Bed was a standard double with one person hard against the wall.

Close to bus station, keys easy to retrieve and get inside, and having kitchen amenities helps keep costs down.

Only 1 or 2 photos out of about 30 represented the room I got. Expectation of "terrace" ended up being a chair at the front door and inside was not represented well. Floors had a layer of dust over it

good location, clean and cosy

the host is nice and helpful. perfect location for an overnight stay,right beside the central bus station,supermarket and McDonald’s

cooking hob is too old can’t see the number , still use old style kettle to boil the water, waiting over 30 min still not boiling water for make a cup of tea, only use microwave to make hot water finally.

it is very well located, very clean, plenty of amenities, good communication over messages to staff. would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Zadar.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Good location if you wanna be close to the bus station or on a road trip by car. Bakery, grocery shop and McDonald's just around the corner.

Very small for 2 adults and 2 small children. Basic accommodation, good enough for a short stay.

Superb

Next to bus stop so easy to get to. Perfect location near the beach and center. Very clean and owners were easy to talk to and very polite over WhatsApp.

Sometimes the bathroom got wet but it was easy to clean up. I think more changing of towels would be useful. We didn’t really see anyone who worked there apart from on arrival but they were easy to contact over WhatsApp so I recommend using that.

Only the bed was comfy

Sofa wasn't comfertable and clean, we didn't have enough towels, terrace was full of leaves and not clean or set to spend time there. Bathroom could have been more clean.

Good

The place was not big, but quite cozy. Not far from it there is a beach and the old town is too not so far. It was very good, that the bus station was right to our apartments.

There were some problems with plumbing, but we succeded to solve it :)

short but convenient & warm and filled a need

very close to the bus station. we were just overnight transiting and needed to be at the bus station early and it was right there.

there was evidence of other travellers under the bed. a water bottle and a little dirt. the rest of the room was clean but a water bottle is a pretty big thing to miss.
