The location of this house is great!! We thoroughly enjoyed the deck on beautiful days and evenings. Here are things to consider. It had limited parking - so we juggled finding space for a third car. There was street parking nearby but a challenge. The house is well equipped but the rooms felt a bit cramped. The kitchen is really just big enough to accommodate one person cooking or cleaning. The check in and out process requires a trip to a property management. For today’s world, it would be great to have a keyless lock.

The walk to DT shops and eating was only 6 min. Could’ve used more parking but overall was great!

Very well decorated home that is located very near (walking distance) to downtown Estes. This home was the cleanest home we ever stayed at. It accommodated our group of 8 (4 couples) very well.

Bear Tree Cabin was perfect! We were in Estes Park for a family wedding and the convenience of the home to town and the surrounding area was fantastic. The layout of the house was perfect for six adults. The two gathering areas was perfect for our family to unwind and relax throughout our stay.

Property was well maintained and close to down town and Rocky Mountain Park. No air conditioning in the house but weather was 70 to 50 degrees.

We had an awesome time! Cabin was clean and very comfortable. Three levels gave everyone a little privacy and the living room and kitchen were great! Easy walk to downtown area. Enjoyed the pumpkin patch festival and hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommended this VRBO.

everything was great except the downstairs queen bed. It sags in the middle so both of you roll to the middle all night. Very uncomfortable. Other than that the place was great. Loved the walking to the downtown.

We booked this location when we were flying in to take part in the Vacation Race near RMNP. Perfect location. Walk to the downtown for many food and souvenir choices. Cabin was cute and had everything we needed. Three bathrooms-amazing. Deck was a great spot to start or end the day. Only downside was parking. We had three rental vehicles and only two spots. We were told we could park on the road, but got a ticket for parking overnight.

My family of seven, including my senior in-laws thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Estes Park. I would 100% rent this place again. Walking distance to the downtown area. Beautiful views. Overall great place to stay!

Perfect location for RMNP
We had an amazing stay at this house with our four children under twelve and our sister! Perfect amount of space. Short walk into town with access to grocery stores and local shops. We made most of our meals at home. Well-stocked kitchen, amenities and condiments available. We only had to supply our own food. It was a real treat! Incredibly clean, the children loved the toys, games and downstairs space. Best of all, a large elk parked himself outside our door and allowed for up-close observation for hours. It was amazing. We are definitely coming back, and making this our rental home.

Great Property!
A few minutes walk from the center of town, this spacious and nicely appointed home was comfortable, clean and perfect for our family of five for our Rocky Mountain vacation. It could have easily accommodated a larger family/group. It was great place to relax after a day of hiking. It had everything we needed, and then some. The 2 living rooms on different levels, each with a TV, had comfortable seating and the deck was a plus for meals, reading and chatting outside (even with the neighbors). You will feel right at home here! Check in and out was easy. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed for a wedding
Our stay was enjoyable we had everything we needed at the condo. More was provided than what we had expected as far as kitchen supplies, soaps, laundry soaps toiletries, cleaning supplies and paper products. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable at times was not having air-conditioning as we had warm temps. which we knew when we went that there is only an air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom. Therefore we had to keep the windows and doors open pretty much all the time the only downfall to that is the main entry door doesn’t have a screen on we kept open anyway since we needed the breeze. It was close proximity to everything we needed to do but I would say for walking distance it was kind of a difficult walk uphill.
Our condo was very clean and tidy and decorated very cute. I don’t think the pictures actually portray how close all the neighboring houses are. They were very close to us. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this resort.

Perfect for our family trip
This cabin in Estes Park was amazing. The walk to downtown shopping and food was easy, the location is wonderful. The cabin was clean and the layout was great for our teenagers to take over the basement for later nights than the parents and our youngest, since we were on East Coast time and going to bed earlier. And we were a quick drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrances. We were able to do sunset and sunrise in the park without long drives, in addition to our planned activities in the park during the day. We loved it and will definitely plan another trip in the future.

Family Vacation
Great location! Short 4 minute walk to downtown area. Safeway Grocery store was very close by! I needed to call the property manager to answer a question for me and they answered on the 1st ring! We would definitely stay at this property again!

This place had everything!
Great location. Downtown Estes park short walk down a hill. The kitchen had everything you could want- coffee pot with filters, blender, crockpot, salt/pepper. They even had a cooler and ice pack for a picnic in the mountains! They had books, toys and games for the kids which were so appreciated! Two comfortable living/tv areas. Three levels of living space. The top level is a loft which gets quite warm but has a room air conditioner. The master bedroom is a loft. Beds are comfortable. Great place for a group or large family. Would stay again!

Best of Estes
Lovely family-owned home in the heart of Estes Park—situated in the center of the town but minutes away from the National Park. We walked to a band concert in the evening and enjoyed morning coffee at the coffee shops along the river, then hiked the park the rest of the day, followed by some great dining experiences (try the Twin Owls Steakhouse). Would definitely stay there again, but next time longer. For the perfect mix of in-town amenities and park access you won’t go wrong with this five-star property.
