Nice place with nice people

I lived here for three days during my trip to Tbilisi. The place is just great, located in an old but gorgeous authentic building in Vake. There is a KFC restaurant across the road, and you can reach any destination you need just by using the bus stop nearby. The price per night is good as well. The staff is very kind and hospitable, I really like them. The room is clean and has everything that you need for your trip. A small improvement that could be made is to add disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. To sum up, I can say that this is a great hotel and I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Tbilisi.

Very good

Based on hotel cost, all were good - it’s real good value for money. No bad breakfast, but you can’t chose anything else without extra payment. Staff don’t speak English, except reception, but mostly it’s enough. it’s not downtown, but location is comfortable.

Bathroom is small and a little bit dark where.

Exceptional

Very friendly staff. Very good location on one of the main streets of Vake district, close to everything you need. Roads, sidewalks, parks, ... everything is western/modern (at least I think so :) ).

Very good place for a reasonable price

Perfect location, especially if you visit TSU and Illiauni -just several minutes to walk. Very clean room with an air conditioner. Tha staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. My room had a balcony to sit out.

The location was very convenient for my purposes.

The hotel is inside a building, it occupies only 6th and 7th floor of the building.

Disappointing

Access through an old residential building through poorly illuminated corridors, very old elevator (safety concerns), "reception" only at the 6th floor of the building (no street-level entrance). Very simple room with simple furniture, nothing extra at all...

It’s very clean,left and building entrance is a bitt smelly.

Room is big clean and staff is soo cooperative😀
