Très bien personnel sympathique

Très non emplacement beau Ryad . Le personnel sympathique

Le repas pas terrible peut être un pas de chance, internet ne marchait pas dans la chambre. Le paiement par carte n’était pas possible ce jour

Ideale Unterkunft für einen Besuch der "Blauen Stadt"

Lage hervorragend. Größte Suite im obersten Stock sehr geräumig, mit toller Dachterrasse davor. Nettes Personal. Gutes, landestypisches Frühstück. Musste das Hamam (individuell auf Vorbestellung) leider kurzfristig absagen, was kein Problem war. Wirklich wunderbare Innenhöfe im Riad und eine tolle Aussicht von den verschiedenen Dachterrassen mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Chillen.

Mehr professionelle Distanz vom Chef de Rang beim Abendessen. Das Bad in der Suite ist bestenfalls 1,5* im Hinblick auf die Ausstattung und dringend renovierungsbedürftig!

The hotel is located in the center of things, the rooms are large and the breakfast is very tasty. Strongly recommends !

It’s was satisfing

The place all in all is very cute and beautiful The best is the people that works there, specially Fatima at the reception she’s so kind

It was super awesome. all amenities are superb and the property is very instagramable.

We left early and the staff went to the extent of packing our food.

I couldn't think of any stuff I didn't like.

Not great value for money

- Helpful staff - Central location - nice common areas

- Light came through the almost transparent curtains - Water splashes everywhere when you shower as there are no shower doors - The couch in the bedroom is full of dark/brown stains everywhere - Toilet seat wasn’t bolted in so you had to be careful each piece wouldn’t fall - The hair dryer in the room didn’t work - Only took cash payment as their card reader “wasn’t working” - lots of flies everywhere during brakfast

Loved everything about this Raid. Inside the building was amazing you could get lost there are so many nooks and crannies going up the many levels of stairs. The room itself was amazing, decor was fabulous and the heating was absolutely lovely on a winter night. Highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay again.

Great location. It is right in the center of Chefchaouen. The breakfast was quite good. Very big room. The staff is friendly.

The room was dated. There wasn't enough hot water for two of us to take a shower. It wasn't the cleanest of places.

It was not a comfortable stay.

The location is good

Our tourist guide told us, normally give quest a map and show us where is the better place to make photos, but when we ask the reception, they said they don't have a map. The hotel asked us to pay cash, we had to take time to find out where are banks in the evening. The room they offered us at the highest level, was very difficult to go to the restaurant, and the room's window is just facing the courtyard's lamp, and the curtain is not thick enough to cover the light, plus the noise from the restaurant, it is difficult to sleep. in the room, there is no bed light. The room has flies.,

The location was good. The bed was nice. And the staff was very helpful when we needed their assistance.

The room was exactly opp the reception and the bathrooms are old and not cosy. Thing is we paid for a suite but the level was very standard.

Excellent location at the edge of the medina

Excellent location close to taxi rank and main square, but still quiet at night. Friendly, helpful staff prepared a room for us ahead of the check-in time.

The riad is a charming conversion in which you can easily get lost. The technology let's it down though: unreliable internet and limited cable TV (only Arabic stations), no card payments. Even though the suites are large and beautifully decorated, the prices are a little steep.

Best Riad to stay at Chefchaouen

Best Riad to stay at Chefchaouen. The place itself is very beautiful, right at the main square, it has various terraces that look right into town, where you would enjoy great food and an outstanding Moroccan breakfast. The hotel staff are really friendly and will help you with whatever you need, special thanks to Fatima and Mohammed who made our stay even better, you were awesome.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak in our room.

Exceptional Riad. Everything about it is excellent.

Exceptional riad. My favorite place out of all the ones we stayed in during our trip. We had two rooms, one for us and one for our kids, right across from each other. Beautifully decorated, impeccably clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The beds are so comfortable. The best sleep I had in Morocco. The air conditioning is strong and works really well. The wifi is really good. The service is spectacular. Good breakfast. They even did our laundry for us for free. Location is great. Everything about this riad is excellent.

We stayed for 2 nights. Only wish we had stayed for one more.

The location was very nice , heart of city , the design remind you of Andalusia, the staff were very friendly and food was delicious & tasty ( you have to try koskos) even breakfast was excellent having all variety. thanks to all staff for there hospitality &especially receptionist Mis. Fatema
