Enjoy the privilege of vacationing in a brand new, modern 1 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Ria Formosa Natural Park, Fuzeta (Algarve). Enjoy fantastic views of the ria and the sea while you dine on the balcony or relax in the comfortable chairs.
In the suite you will find a spacious bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed (1.60m side) with allergy free accessories. The en suite bathroom has 2 sinks, bidet and bathtub for your comfort.
The living room sofa is very comfortable and practical and can quickly become a bed for 1 child.
Children are very welcome. In the bathroom next to the lobby there is a functional shower where you can take a shower. It is also possible, upon request and without price increase, to provide a travel cot where a small child can sleep.
Between the development and the ria there is a fabulous garden with 1 adult pool (20m long) and 1 children's pool. Feel in harmony with nature between plants characteristic of the region and birds of the ria.

The weather was wonderful. We spent many hours on the balcony watching the tide come and go. When we felt energetic we would take a stroll into the centre of Fuseta and found lots of lovely restaurants.

Great apartment in a beautiful but quiet location. What a view from the balcony! Everything we could have wanted was provided, plenty of free parking in the quiet road outside. Didn’t use the pool but the gardens & pool looked beautiful. Would definitely return.

If I could I would give a 6 star rating, we enjoyed it so much. The listing was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. My favorite thing was the balcony. A beautiful view, constantly changing with the tide. Wonderful to sit out and do a little bird watching. The pool area is fabulous, or if you prefer the beach it is a short walk to the town beach, or the ferry to the larger Ilha de Fuzeta. Also just a short walk and you meet up with the Ecovia. Thanks so much to Patricia for being able to accommodate us with an earlier check in!

The view was stunning! The small beach town was not overly impressive but the location is halfway between Faro and Tavira (both worth seeing). If you are looking for relaxation in a beach location, this is it!

The apartment was a great size and the facilities were good. The view over the Ria Formosa was lovely and I spent a long time watching the birds and clam fishermen at the different states of the tide. The parking space in the underground garage was a really good size, which was a pleasant surprise. The various security codes for the block I initially found a bit of a pain but I got used to them.

Wundervolles Apartment mit fantastischem Blick und Infinitypool
Das Apartment befindet sich in einer modernen, zweigeschossigen Anlage mit einer wunderschön gestalteten Gartenanlage und einem großen Infinitypool. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine vollausgestattete Küche und 2 Bäder sowie einen Aufzug und einen Garagenstellplatz vorzuweisen. Für den Strandbesuch werden Strandtücher, Strandschirm und 2 Strandstühle zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Beste ist aber der tolle Ausblick auf die Lagune der Ria Formosa, der besonders am Morgen und in der Abenddämmerung sehr stimmungsvoll ist und interessante Beobachtungen ermöglicht. Der Ort Fuseta, der noch nicht zu touristisch erschlossen ist, ist fussläufig zu erreichen, und bietet einige preiswerte Restaurants, in denen vor allem frischer Fisch vom Grill auf der Speisekarte steht. Fuseta bietet zwei Strände, an der ruhigen Ria, direkt vom Ort zu erreichen oder auf der vorgelagerten Sandbank, die bequem per Fähre oder Wassertaxi zu erreichen ist. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr nette Betreuung durch Patrizia, die dafür sorgte, dass regelmässig gereinigt und wir mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt wurden. Kein Problem war für sie auch das abendliche Einckecken auf Grund unserer späten Ankunft am Flughafen Faro. Wir haben unseren 14 tägigen Urlaub sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen. Es war perfekt für uns!

Dans l'appartement tout est très bien aménagé.
Maria a été a notre écoute pour la préparation du séjour et pendant le séjour, quant à Patricia qui nous a accueilli, elle est très efficace et disponible.
Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés
Fuseta est 1 village de pêcheurs qui est resté authentique, beaucoup plus agréable que la côte bétonnée a l'ouest de Faro.

O alojamento dispõe de tudo o que possam necessitar. E é extremamente fiel às fotografias, se não melhor ainda.

A Peaceful Paradise
This condo was perfect for the two of us, one bedroom, well equipped and spacious. It's location made us feel like we were on holidays in Portugal, a small, working fishing village where we could eat a variety of fresh fish outdoors in a choice of friendly settings. Maria and Patricia, the property manager, were the perfect hosts.

Relaxing Holiday
Lovely quiet location and less than five minutes walk to village centre. Beautifully appointed apartment which is maintained to a very high standard. Thanks to Patricia who picked us up from airport and took us back. Communication with the owner, Maria, was excellent. Would love to return.

Wonderful place to stay
We stayed in this beautiful apartment for four weeks end of October/November. From our first enquiry through to our departure, we have been extremely pleased. The apartment itself was fabulous - well equipped, clean and comfortable. The Del Mar complex has a beautiful garden and nice infinity pool, but the best feature of this accommodation is the splendid views across the lagoon with the always changing water, light and skies.
Fuseta is a typical small Portuguese fishing village away from the tourist masses, but has everything you need in walking distance, with a good choice of shops and places to eat and drink. It is only a short drive to the charming towns of Tavira and Olhao as well as to some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited.
Many thanks to Mrs. Maria for letting us stay in her apartment and to Mrs. Patricia for meeting us on arrival and for the wonderful housekeeping.

Wij hebben een heerlijke twee weken gehad.
Het appartement voldeed geheel aan de verwachtingen. De afhaalservice van FARO is door ons erg op prijs gesteld. Het appartement was schoon en werd goed bijgehouden.Vragen en opmerkingen werden snel opgepakt en de bereikbaarheid van restaurants en het centrum van Fuseta was allemaal op loopafstand. Het station is dichtbij en Faro is met een half uur te bereiken.
Een geweldig adresje om nog eens terug te komen.

Super emplacement et super appartement
Nous avons passé un mois d'hiver très agréable dans cet appartement luxueux, même sans utiliser la piscine ! La vue est splendide à tout moment de la journée, sans oublier de beaux levers et couchers (en coin) du soleil. Il y a beaucoup de lieux de visite intéressants aux alentours et les marchés nous ont ravis.
Maria suit ses locataires par mail tout au long du séjour. Patricia est efficace et charmante, elle entretient l'appartement de façon irréprochable. Merci à toutes les deux.

VERY GOOD
tout est parfait, l'appartement super propre, bien équipé et Maria est aux petits soins . Nous sommes restés 2 semaines. La vue est magnifique et changeante avec les marées. Le standing de cet ensemble est vraiment super. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine le matin.
Cet appartement est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Perfect Escape
We stayed for one week and had a wonderful time with a great mix of nature, walking, cycling, exploring the area by Train and the Island beaches by Ferry. Fuseta is a great place to escape and enjoy food, drink and relaxation.
The apartment was exactly as described and was of a very high quality and comfort.
All the arrangements for our arrival and stay and all other communications with Maria were excellent. We hope to stay here again.

Natural Fuzeta
A beautiful, modern and well appointed apartment over looking the sea and located in the natural park of the Rio Formosa.
The apartment was clean and well maintained and the owners Maria and Carlos couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.
A car is not necessary. Explore many kilometers of cycle tracks on a hired bicycle (available locally)and see a variety of birds including flamingoes and herons in their natural habitat.
Take a train journey from the local train station to Tavira and Santo Antonio in one direction or Olhao and Faro in the other.Fares are reasonable and it makes a pleasant day out.
A boat trip to the "deserted island" was the highlight of my short stay.
I really enjoyed the vacation in Fuzeta and will return very soon.
