Located 15 minutes walk from the village of Flayosc, the villa is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
This Provencal style villa enjoys all the functionality and modernism of a recent construction.
Constructed on one level, it is divided:
- on the one hand an entrance with 1 wc, a provencal-style kitchen overlooking a living area with a large living / dining room with fireplace
- and on the other hand of a corner night with 4 rooms of which one with 1 room of privatory water, plus 1 bathroom with 1 toilet.
The living room opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool area, free form, surrounded by a terrace. The garden is landscaped with shaded areas and there is a flat plot to play. Possibility to park several cars in the courtyard and driveway.

The village of Flayosc is very popular with holidaymakers. You will find typical restaurants, a market of shops a doctor, And a few kilometers it is Lorgues with its famous Provençal market.
The region is very rich in natural and cultural discoveries.

Lovely house in a quiet location. Mme Bruni 's (Virginie's) welcome was very pleasant and got the holiday off to a fine start. The house is well appointed and the pool was well maintained and cleaned regularly. A most enjoyable experience.

Excellent séjour !
Logement parfait, jardin spacieux, facilité de stationnement et quartier très calme... Piscine très agréable et la climatisation dans la chambre parentale est un pur bonheur. Elle permet également de rafraîchir les autres chambres. Le petit village de Flayosc et tous ceux dans un rayon de 50 km sont adorables. Superbe région !

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft
Dieses Objekt ist ein Traum.
Außerhalb der Zentrums in einer ruhigen Lage und vom hohen mediterranen Pflanzen umgeben bietet dieses Haus, die optimale Basis für einen ruhigen, traumhaften Urlaub in der Provence. Der beheizbare, saubere und große Pool hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet, die verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten in dem schönen Garten ebenfalls. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns nach unserer Ankunft über die lokalen Freizeitaktivitäten und Restaurants informiert. Die Objektübernahme und Abgabe waren völlig unkompliziert. Die Betten waren komfortabel, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
Tagesausflüge: Gorge du Verdon, Cannes, St. Tropez, Frejus, Grasse sind 1-1,5 Autostunden entfernt. Absolut sehenswert und nur 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt der wöchentlich Markt von Lorgues. Restaurants mit vorzüglichen Speisen gibt es in Flayosc ein Dutzend. Sie können von der Villa zu Fuß (15 min) oder mit dem Auto (3 min, kostenloser, geräumiger Parkplatz am Ortseingang), erreicht werden. 100% empfehlenswert.

Sie finden in der Villa alles was Sie im Alltag brauchen. Wunderschönes Objekt mit entzückend angelegtem Garten in einer bezaubernden Landschaft gelegen.

Perfekt zum Entspannen in traumhafter Natur
Wunderschönes Anwesen. Haus top ausgestattet. Die Außenanlage ist absolut traumhaft und nicht einsehbar. Insg. sehr ländlich gelegen. Wetter war im Oktober noch top. Haben jede Minute genossen. Pool unbeheizt und daher sehr kalt, wussten wir aber vorher. Sehr gute Responsivität von Vermieter und Verwalterin vor Ort.

A lovely villa in a fantastic location
This was our second stay at this lovely villa. It has all the facilities that you could possibly need, including a lovely swimming pool. The location means you can easily walk into Flayosc (about 20 mins) the nearest village for a drink or to have an evening meal. Monsieur Nahon replies quickly to any questions you may have which makes a real difference. We had a really relaxing stay and would definitely recommend.

Wir waren mit den erwachsenen Kindern, Enkelkind und Hund in der Villa und allesamt rundum zufrieden. Es ist ein schönes Haus, die Schlafzimmer mehr oder weniger gleichwertig, was sehr wichtig ist, Wohnraum und Eßplätze im Haus und im Gartem sind großzügig, alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien reichlich vorhanden. Wir haben dem Bestand einen Isolierhandschuh für den Backofen bzw. heiße Backformen sowie kleine Handtücher in passendem Farbton für das Gästebad hinzugefügt.
Insomma - absolut zu empfehlen.
