Fantastisch hotel voor de winter. Te warm in de zomer.

Professioneel personeel. Mooie kamer/hotel. Topontbijt Mooie wellness.

Badkamer verouderd. Geen airco. Ze zeggen al 2 jaar op een rij dat het daar nooit warm is in de zomer maar elk jaar hoor je de mensen aan de balie klagen. Zo lang er geen airco is of vliegenraam is om het raam open te zetten s'nachts komen wij er in de zomer niet meer terug, hoe mooi en hoe leuk het hotel ook mag zijn.

Exceptional

Located at the ski facilities, near the slopes and rental shops. The hotel provides all the required amenities such as spa (swimming pool, sauna, steam room...etc) in a world class standard. This is in addition to message, facial and other beauty services.

it makes no sense , they will not fix anything

Location good tomorrow and good staff at the restaurant at breakfast

there is no way to use the pool with children - this is a huge disadvantage of this hotel there is no way to eat at the restaurant you want them to be busy

fantastic skiing holiday, the conditions were amazing the Sport Hermitage Hotel even better.

The hotel is a beautiful design all bedrooms with a Mountain View. The spa is amazing.

Nothing it’s a 5 star hotel, I would give another 5!

Outstanding 👌 Beautiful Hotel. All is taking care of with exact attention. The staff is super nice, kind and helpfull. It's a a guaranteed experience of joy. And... most important thing - Ski in / Ski out 🎿

Great hotel and location with charming staff and good facilities.

This is by far the best luxury option in Soldeu. The reception / bellboy / valet parking / ski service & housekeeping were faultless. The check in and check out, dealing with luggage & skis etc was seamless and with impeccable teamwork. Worth the pricetag with one caveat.

Breakfast was a bit of a lottery and therefore the main downside of our stay. The concept of mainly table service with a limited self service buffet is theoretically OK but it seemed that there really weren’t enough staff to keep things running smoothly. Lots of waiting and reordering, anything between 10-20 minutes to get a cup of coffee for example. Overall this was a definite deterrent to return visits, which is a shame as otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay.

only the reservations at the bar… never anywhere to sit even though no one came after hours. small things however. everything fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good

Thankfully we were there during extreme low season in November. While we enjoyed the spa area, the hotel was a good value for what we paid, 320 euros, but that was lower than half the normal rate. That's an ok rate, but we've noticed it in the past for well over $700 for the same room, and honestly cannot possibly imagine paying that for this hotel in Andorra. Remember to reserve a two-hour Spa slot if you want access to the sauna and steam rooms before you arrive. Breakfast was OK for non meat eaters, but we would have hoped from more from an 5-star hotel. The spa area was wonderful. There aren't any snacks like nuts or dried fruit that you would expect like at other spas, and they start winding down a bit early than the actual close time, and there are limited towels, but the number of steam rooms and saunas are divine. Please note that you need to take the robes from the room to the spa and there is no direct elevator from your room to the wellness area so you need to walk through the entire hotel and the restaurant area in your robe. . We thought it was a bit hilarious if not slightly awkward but the spa was great. Because we were there in low season, we were gifted a early check-in and a late checkout. We are grateful, because it allows us to go to the sauna on our checkout day.

Superb

We love the comfort of our room and how room service kept it tidy throughout the day and the little goodies we got every day. The facilities in general were fantastic, from the spa/wellness area to the bar/restaurants. Breakfast was made up of fresh quality produces which I don't usually enjoy in most hotels even when they are 5 stars. I will definitely return for a few days of relaxation in a luxury yet cosy environment

The Japanese restaurant was overpriced for what it was. Quite disappointing in fact

An excellent hotel in the mountains of Andorra

An excellent hotel in the mountains of Andorra. This hotel has a very convenient location if you want a vacation in the mountains. There is direct access to the ski lift. The hotel has as many as four beautiful and completely different restaurants, including two of them with Michelin stars. The service is excellent, I recommend this hotel for a vacation.

Superb

It’s my second visit to the hotel. Very good breakfast. Nice Japanese restaurant.

We wanted to visit spa complex with our son who’s 12th birthday will be in a two months, but personal in spa said that he can do it only after he will be twelve..I think it was not very fair..

incredible people with amazing facilities and location

Having travelled through Spain , France and Andorra and changing hotels every 2 days over 2 weeks I can confident say this has been the best hotel and while all the facilities are 5 star the key factor here is the people. Youness was exceptional going out of his way even beyond F&B manager duties to show us other accommodation options for our next stay. For Diego at Koy there’s was no request that he couldn’t accommodate; the Sushi(Otoro) there was best we’ve had on our trip! Rachel’s wine pairing and knowledge about wines were incredible. With the team at this hotel it was like they knew what we wanted before we asked. Definite worth a visit!
