Dutch Cottage is a well-presented mid-terrace cottage in the centre of Colchester in Essex. The cottage sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside is an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Set conveniently in the centre of the town, with access to the countryside and the coast, Dutch Cottage is a great place for a holiday at any time of the year.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ON MORNING OF TUESDAY 25TH OCTOBER 2022, SOMEONE WILL ATTEND THIS PROPERTY TO CHANGE OVER THE METERS.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking for 1 car (permit provided by owner). Bike storage (bikes available to use at own risk). Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: staircase is steep and narrow may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Colchester today is a thriving, modern town with great visitor attractions including Colchester Zoo and Colchester Castle, as well as fantastic places to eat, drink and shop.
