Ottimo week,rilassante

Tutto ben organizzato,camera nuova e pulita,cibo ottimo e scelta variegata

Solo per gusti personali,materasso durissimo per noi,piccolo problema con il scaldasalviette in bagno,non funzionante non riparato,guasto ad un ascensore,risolto dal personale indicandoci un percorso alternativo.

Gut aber 4 Sterne können ein wenig mehr

Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist sauber und meines Erachtens auch ziemlich neu. Personal gut.

Zum Thema Essen wenn man nicht bei den ersten beim Frühstück oder Abendessen war hat man nicht alles das bekommen was die ersten bekommen haben weil es nicht nachgefüllt wurde oder mit anderen Lebensmittel nachgefüllt wurde. Zimmer waren gut an einen Tag war das Zimmer nicht gemacht worden somit auch keine frischen Badetücher die man in einem Wellness Hotel ja sehr viel braucht und bei der Nachfrage wurde behauptet das alles gemacht wurde was auf keinen Fall stimmte. Später wollte man das Zimmer nachträglich machen aber wir waren ja wieder im Zimmer so tauschte man die Handtücher und es war Frieden. Frühstück war gut aber bei 4 Sternen kann es ein bisschen mehr sein.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt schön

Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl an Gebäck extrem mangelhaft, Dosenfrüchte für das Müsli

Die Betten waren viel zu hart. Zimmer wurde erst am Abend gemacht. Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr steril, keine Pflanzen etc. Die Liegen im Schwimmbad waren schmutzig, rostig und teilweise nicht benutzbar und der Lärmpegel ist extrem hoch

Rendben volt, szép helyen van

Jó volt az elhelyezkedés, szép a kilátás az erkélyről, a londiner srác kedvessége, nagy szoba, szuper fürdőszoba, kényelmes ágy.

Érkezésünkkor a fiatal recepciós elég nemtörődöm volt, nem igazán akart készségesen segíteni. A reggeliben lehetett volna több egészséges alternatíva (a sok édesség mellett), és pl olíva olaj, ecet nem volt kirakva.

Einmal und nie wieder - schade eigentlich - hätte gut werden können

Das Hotel war innen erst vor kurzem neu renoviert worden. Die Mitarbeiter vom Shuttleservice waren sehr freundlich und kooperativ.

Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und motiviert. Die Empfangsdamen haben ihren Beruf verfehlt. Sie waren mehr als unverschämt und sind auf unsere Belange nicht eingegangen. Der Frühstückssaal versprüht keinerlei Charme. Eher was für Busreisegruppen mit Massenabfertigung.

Lage top, Service eher weniger zu dem Preis!

Die Lage des Hotels ist top! Zimmer sind neu renoviert, jedoch nicht gut gesäubert !

Das kein Garagenparkplatz zur Verfügung stand, das Auto musste im Konvoi zu einem Parkplatz bei der Marina gefahren werden, ca 3 km vom Hotel entfernt, auf einen Schotterparkplatz draußen! Wenn man das Auto benötigt, muss man wieder einen Concierge rufen, der einen zum Auto bringt bzw. Retour ins Hotel… sehr umständlich und das für stolze 12,- pro Tag! Das hat vielen Gästen nicht gefallen! Weiters wurde das Zimmer 1x nicht geputzt, Handtücher mussten bei der Rezeption geordert werden, ebenso Duschgel, weil die Putzfrau nichts nachgefüllt hat! Wenig geputzt!

Dobar hotel sa losim spremacicama.

Rezervisala sam Familijarnu sobu,najobicniju… Dobila sam sobu sa tri kreveta,direktan pogled na more i bazen. Odusevila sam se. Sobe su moderno uredjene i sve je super. Hrana je bila odlicna.

Ima par stavki koje bi trebalo promeniti. Velika zamerka sobaricama koje nam nisu cistile sobu vec samo menjale peskire. 2 puta sam na recepciji zatrazila da se obrise pod i kupatilo,nista od toga nije bilo uradjeno. Tek su nam cetvrtog dana ocistile sobu i to ne komplet. Samo pod je bio obrisan.kupatilo ne. Bademantili ako zelite da ih koristite,morate izdvojiti 6 evra po osobi. Fali jedna kafe masina i kuvalo za vodu u sobi. To je to

Hotelový komplex u moře.

Propojený hotelový komplex 6 hotelů s bazény a termálními lázněmi. Prostorné, voňavé pokoje s balkónem a výhledem na moře. Možnost přikoupení parkování v hotelové garáži. Hotelová pláž za poplatek hned po přejití silnice, velice čistá. Bohaté bufetové snídaně i večeře s přiděleným stolem. Restaurace, kavárničky, obchůdky vše v okolí hotelu. V době našeho pobytu menší počet turistů.

Really good location. Staff friendly. Good variety at brealfast

Cleaners woke me up at 8am every morning even when I put do not disturb on the door. The Aircon did not work. And the heating is on at all times in the bathrooms.

Quite alright, but definitely not the most memorable stay

The staff is friendly and helpful

Extra charges for everything (for example, €6 for using a bathrobe, which was extremely worn btw). Dog costed 25 per night, which I find pretty expensive since nothing was provided and it wasn't even aloud to be brought to the restaurant. Parking my car was charged extra,....

we opened these hotels back in 2013 - the spa is amazing! breakfasts are incredible! the climate is great! As you get older, you want to come back again and again.

when the children have grown up, you need to rent 2 rooms - and this is expensive

Location, a few members of staff really friendly

Some member of the staff were really unfriendly, they truly did not seem to like there job and bring everything down. Can't believe this is a 4* hotel.

It was a pleasant stay with a bit more emphasis on the little meaningful things.

Everything was OK however there are some little things that need to be upgraded for this 4 star hotel. For example toilet paper is poor quality, the toiletries there were only shampoo and shower gel, no body milk or hair balsam. The towels were old and warn out. In the bathroom there was unpleasant smell from the pipes (this should be fixed somehow).

Superb

I like area around hotel - shops, restaurants, bars, bus to next town. Very clean streets, parks, beaches, pedestrian walks. Good selection of food on breakfast and dinner (daily seafoods). My room cleaner greet me every day with massive smile. Bus to Piran every 30 min (from Piran can visit Trieste- Italy or Croatia).

To pay for beach place and car park.
