Excellent location and attentive staff

The property was clean and was in a good location to what we wanted to do.

The room was pretty small but it is perfect for 1/2 days stay.

Terrible start, but a great ending!

Location was fabulous. right near Marble Arch, Hyde Park and lots and lots of restaurants, cafes, not to mention Oxford Street shopping. the breakfast was good even though not in the same premises. it was a few doors down at a sister property.

when we first arrived, we were given a 6th floor room (on top level). No lift. This room was disgusting. Anythimg that could fall off, did. Anythimg that didn’t fall off, didn’t work. it was terrible. we complained nicely and we’re told there was no other room. due to is flying out the next day for a quick trip to Spain, we organised with the staff to move our larger luggage into another room ready for when we came back. The staff dealt with this really well. when we arrived back after two days, we’d been moved into another room on the 2nd level with our luggage ready and waiting. this room was really good and large and had everything you could need. Another thing that could be improved is the reception staff. Although they were all helpful and friendly, none of them spoke English well and couldn’t help in a concierge type of way. I’d suggest training the staff in all things that tourists want, so staff can help their clients. the curtains, bedding and furniture are dated and worn and should really be replaced. pillows were ok but a bit lumpy.

Location good. Maintenance on property leaves a lot to be desired.

Basic maintenance needed. Plants in window boxes were dead making a poor first impression In my room the usb charging point could not be accessed because it was pushed through into the wall. There was no plug for the bathroom sink. The shelf for soap and toiletries in the shower was loose and slanted down so items slid off. Same for the makeup mirror — it was loose and drooped down from the wall and could not be used.

nice room, relatively spacious with a comfy bed

had to walk up 4 very steep flights of stairs, a gentleman kindly carried my bag up but I had to carry it down when checking out

Great for a cheap stay in central London.

the location of this property is great, literally a 2 minute walk to Marble Arch and the tube station, friendly staff, shower was good and bed was comfortable and even had a breakfast at a hotel down the road that I was not aware was included.. if you want 5 star book a big hotel and pay the price, but if you want a cheap and central place to explore London this ticks the boxes..I personally don’t spend all my time in a hotel and use it purely as a base

let’s be honest this is not a 5 star property, the rooms are defiantly smaller than the pictures show and it could all do with a good refit, but book early enough and get a good price and you will be be ok.. just be warned though no lift in the property and it is a lot of stairs to climb

1. the room door didnt work- i slept with my suitcase against the door ( have photo and videos..pls let me know where to share 2. the carpet was dirty and torn 3. the reception chair was stained. 4.the wall edges broken 5. taps were stained 6.doors had marks on it. have photos of all

Good location, small room (as expected in London), decent price.

Super location in Marble Arch - minutes from Hyde Park, Mayfair. Excellent transport options - bus, Tube, rental bicycles and scooters. Staff kindly upgraded me from a single to a double room.

Bearable!

clean bed and location were great!

Aside from the bed the room in itself wasn’t that clean!! There was a rather large wet patch on the carpet and when we arrived back later that evening the room actually felt damp and very cold!!

Trash - LOOK ELSEWHERE

The literal skidmarks in the toilet when I entered my room were disgusting and unacceptable, the room sizes are not as advertised on the website and I was stuck in a tiny windowless room in a musty + moldy basement for 3 nights that was advertised as a deluxe suite. I mentioned all of this to the 'front desk' (who was literally always sleeping) and they told me they would take it up with management but that definitely didn't happen. Wifi only worked for about 30% of the stay and since it was in a BASEMENT cell service was also bad. Oh also, the building the hotel is in was literally in the process of collapsing - they had to close off the sidewalks and everything. AVOID THIS 'HOTEL' and just get an Airbnb for roughly the same price.

Nice area , attentive staff Fridge in room, bowl of fruit nice touch . Good bed, large tv air on warm and comfortable. Nice breakfast and conservatory breakfast dining area Lovely staff

Some instructions on how to use the shower would be useful! Dual shower heads ! Well appointed nice Bathroom though
