Not very comfortable due to the lack of privacy for me.
The 18 bed dormitory has curtains for the bed. Which gives some privacy.
The 9 bed dormitory beds don’t have any covering. No privacy and the shower and toilets are outside the room . The room was not gender balanced, I was the only female in the 9 bed dormitory. Made my stay very uncomfortable.

My 1 day solo experience
It's a good value for money. They're situated in the centre of Hammersmith which was a good thing for me. Also, the toilets are clean and it's a good value for money.
The 3deck bunk was not nice as I was put on the lowest one. Little room to even move properly. But aside that, nothing more.

Naja

As far as hostels go, this one suffices but comes with several caveats
Whilst this place is just a stone's throw away from Hammersmith Station and located around a large number of shops and pubs, it offers a franchise-focussed atmosphere. Showers were decent and there were sufficient amenities like a microwave, study room, and a large pub. The beds were comfy and offered enough plugs and sockets, and also contained convenient storage bins with secure locking. Additionally, the staff assisted me with any issues and were always on call when needed.
Firstly, there aren't enough showers for the amount of people, leading to large queues in the morning. It may help to subdivide some of the larger showering facilities. A person also stole my bed the first night and I had to switch rooms as a result, rather than the low-budget Goldilocks being kicked out. Furthermore, I'm a decent sleeper in most noisy conditions, but for lighter sleepers, the place is located above a noisy pub with lots of club nights at the weekend. You have been warned.

Okay for 1 or 2 nights as location is ideal
- Ideal location - near to lots of shops and supermarkets, bus stop, tube stop, concert venue - Bed was decently comfortable, but curtain did not extend the entire height of the bed unfortunately
- A lot of the times the staff weren't present at the front desk without any way to call them, and I had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the desk. Once they were quite snappy as well - Access cards would randomly stop working several times during my 1 night stay! - Shared bathrooms were quite messy and dirty
