Funcionários simpáticos, boa estrutura.

Quarto bom , com varanda no fundo para estender roupa.

Pó, fiquei maravilhada pq tinha rede , mas me decepcionei com o pó, pó nas cortinas e sofá. Rinite atacou direto.

Great location and accommodation and friendly host and staff

Fabio (the owner) and the reception team are warm and friendly, speak good English (which helped a lot as we don't speak Portuguese) and looked after us very well during our stay - nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped us with catching buses, booking hire cars and trips, and great suggestions of places to visit on the island, where to eat and how to make authentic Caipirinha cocktails! Fabio lives at the Pousada and was always around if we needed anything. Also, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day. The Pousada (which we learned means 'inn' or 'guest house') is situated five minutes walk away from the port and is well located for easy access to the north and south of the island. Vila (the main town on the Island) is twenty minutes by bus. Our rooms all had air conditioning, a fridge, a smart TV, plenty of storage for clothes and a great shower. Wifi is free and there was good service in all of the rooms as well as around the pool and reception. Our rooms were cleaned and our towels were changed every day. We all had a fantastic stay. My daughter particularly loved Fabio's pet tortoises (who have a pen in the garden) as well as Woody and Buzz the cats.

Too expensive for what they offer.

The staff was amazing and very helpful.

The location is not good. It is close to "balsa" but most of the attractions are far from there so you will depend on car. Parking on Island is difficult and expensive. The room was not completely clear, there are sand on sofa and other places.

The staff. Luna and Nicholas were extremely helpful and exceptionally friendly. They made our holidays easier and more enjoyable. We liked the family friendly environment and the proximity between the customer and the staff.

The property itself is a lovely visibly charming pousada. However it needs improvement on the quality of the building itself. Breakfast were very limited choices but that being said it is a very small accommodation that host a small number of guests so taking that into consideration Breakfast was okay. The price we paid for 5 nights was high for what the property offers. In overall we enjoyed more the location and the staff than the property itself. This is a review from a family with 2 young children.

Old rooms and mattress was very uncomfortable. Cleaning was okay.

it was dirty! The room had very bad smell and The beds had bedbugs! We got lot Of bites in The morning! at The breakfast We made a sandwich for The way and They MADE US PAY IT!!!!!! What a host? I dont recomend this place to anybody!

Very good

The location of the property is great, colonial style and very spacious. The owner and staff were very friendly. The reception area doubles as a bar which has great cocktails.

My only remark is that the room I stayed in had a weird smell, probably due to bad airflow.

Friendly staff! Overall room comfort could be improved

Staff - super friendly Breakfast - made to order; basic and good (eggs, bread, fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice) Easy parking Nice garden outside / pool area

Internet in the bedroom did not work. And phone reception (Vivo) was pretty poor in the room Bathroom - shower area does not even have a shampoo stand Room was super cold (it was winter - July), aircon did not work as heater Windows lack mosquito nets, so I could not leave them open for air circulation No power plugs by the bed

Fantastic value for money!!

Great size rooms, very close to the main bus terminal and ferry port when arriving and nice big social area with private pool to relax. Good breakfast too, with eggs made to order and very friendly, helpful staff. Has the added bonus of an excellent pizza parlour 2 mins walk away as well. Unbelievably good value, didn't expect anything as nice as this for what we paid - definitely the best value Pousada we stayed at during our entire holiday.

The main buzz of the ireland is in the Centro, which is 20 mins away by bus. But this is conveniently located for adventures north of the ireland, so don't let that put you off.
