Хороший пляж, но к сожалению отель не убирает его

В отеле были второй раз, первый раз 5 лет назад и оставил приятное впечатление, второй раз выбрали так как отель находится на хорошем пляже и цена была не дорогая. Но, в этот раз было разочарование: 1. Номера стареют, особо ничего не ремонтируют 2. Интернета не было в номере на протяжении всего пребывания, говорили много раз ничего не изменилось. Интернет работал только на ресепшене и в баре. 3. Дверь входная не закрывалась, так как петли провисли, отремонтировали, стало лучше закрываться 4. Туалет не смывал, в итоге сообщили и отремонтировали. 5. Сушки для белья нет, свет в душе не работает. 6. Матрас жесткий, спишь как на полу 7. Много муравьев, видимо не делают обработку, они прямо стаями и везде. 8. Ну и самый шок, после чего мы не советуем данный отель и никогда не поедем это инцидент с выездом, нам на ресепшене при выезде достали грязную простынь из пакета и начали показывать и говорить, что это наши пятна, на простыне виднелись несколько бледно серых пятен и говорили, что это наши пятна и мы им замарали простынь, видимо рассчитывая что мы должны оплатить это, для нас это был шок. Это старая простынь которая не сейчас из номера, а типо до этого была, но мы не видели никаких пятен до этого, но это даже ладно, если бы они и были, серьезно, вы на ресепшене вываливаете белье и люди должны что по вашему? Это странно, мало ли что бывает у людей, но для этого есть стирка и химчистка, это не проблема жильцов., тем более которые даже не знают что это, это было не приятно и странно. Не рекомендую данный отель.

Übereugend ist die Lage und der wunderschöe Garten, sowie das wirklich freundliche Personal.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Bungalows sind alle in einem wunderschönen Garten gelegen. Wir hatten #18, in erster Reihe und dadurch war der Blick von der kleinen Terrrasse auf den Strand ungetrübt. Aber auch die anderen Bungalows sind durch die vielen Bäume und Pflanzen schön eingerahmt. Wir waren nicht in der High Season dort (Mai 2024) und dadurch war es am Abend um 21Uhr ruhig und morgens haben wir von den ersten Frühstücksgästen auch nichts mitbekommen.

Man kann zwar aus einer Frühstückskarte wählen, aber das Angebot ist eher überschaubar. Es gibt das übliche Continentale Frühstück oder American. Die frischen Früchte sind in Ordnung. Wenn jemand also großen Wert legt auf ein Frühstücksbuffet, dann ist das sicher nicht die umtimative Wahl.

Relaxing experience on crystal beach

The location of this property is fantastic. You are on the beach but on the same time you have the feeling that you are in the jungle.. The landscape design of the external areas was a pole of attraction for many birds, and frogs. Nothing better than relaxing on the terrace or taking a shower with the sounds of nature. The bungalow is really beautiful and the room comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. You only get to choose one small plate with tiny portions of food. I advise you to book the room without breakfast and then you get to choose from a different menu at the hotel restaurant that offers more and costs you less.

Gute Lage und Billo Zimmer

Lage am Silberstrand ist ok. Die Anlage sieht gepflegt aus von außen. Garten ist süß, Hängematte ist auch nice.

Zimmerausstattung seeeehr mager auch im premium Bungalow. Keine Nachtlichter, Steckdosen am Bett defekt, Probleme mit Klimaanlage (es bildet sich ein Eisblock der dann abbricht. Es werden so Eisstücke durch das Zimmer geschossen. Personal inkl Restaurant und Bar machen schon um Punkt 17 Uhr dicht.

Exceptional

I really enjoyed my stay. The bungalow was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were lovely and the beach is fabulous. The restaurant opens all day until 9 pm. Very peaceful with families and couples, not for partying. I would recommend and definitely stay again if I am lucky enough to get the chance.

Help clean the beach

Loved the resort. Beautiful grounds. Loved my room near the beach with a nice view (#5). Breakfast included was a plus. Staff was very nice. No complaints.

This has very little to do with the resort.....I was disappointed in the trash on the beach. I arrived at 1pm in the afternoon and the beach was packed with people sitting among the trash. I could not sit there like that, so I went and did something else. The next morning it was worse, but tourists and people from the resorts came out and started cleaning it while I was eating breakfast. I would have stayed and helped, but I had to leave for the airport. I was told by the guy at the restaurant that it is bad from October through December because of rainy season, wind and high seas. Regardless, Koh Samui has a huge garbage problem all over the island that needs to be addressed. I also saw trash on my day trip to the marine park and pig island. It made me sad to see paradise in that condition.

Beautiful large rooms, gorgeous well cared for gardens and fantastic friendly staff. The beach is spectacular. I felt relaxed the minute I arrived. Several restaurants and shops within very easy walking distance.

Excellent value with the friendliest staff

The staff at Promtsuk Buri are absolute stars, going the extra mile in being helpful, friendly and providing a personal service. We got the beachfront villa and it was spectacular in that you simply open the door and you're on the beach! The beach was superb, can get crowded as people from other places come for a day there (because it's so beautiful). The property itself has excellent WiFi and even a great TV with Netflix. We loved the open-air bathroom. The location is very nice with a few restaurant options outside of the property, 7/11 and Family Mart a short walking distance. We would definitely return, thanks to all the lovely staff members!

There could be a number of mosquitoes, but that's an issue every place has. Just get some repellent and you'll be fine.

Relaxing and fantastic value resort with great staff and location.

Great location on a lovely small bay with excellent soft sand beach (Silver Bay). Quiet setting, lovely grounds, nice individual bungalows with quaint outdoor shower. Clean, superb staff, just perfect especially considering value for money.

Nothing really. Hotel doesn’t have a pool but really it doesn’t matter as the beach and sea are 10 seconds walk away!

Nice small beach with lots of coral.

Toilets in the huts have no roof. After rain everything is soaked. Everything. Cannot use the toilet during storm. Also terrace have no roof to cover you from rain and sun.

Good place for the peaceful vacation.

Staffs and Owners are very nice to us. The location is excellent. Internet connection via Wifi is covered all the area. Very good drinks especially coconuts smoothie!!

Water was hot and then cold and then hot and then cold. And then the circuit breaker cut and then water was cold. We had to tell the staff to turn it on again and again. The restaurant closed at 17:00. That't too early.

Location is great and right on the beach. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Beach is beautiful it's just a shame there is so much plastic in the water but they try to keep it as clean as possible. There is a convenience store a minute walk from the property which was super helpful.
