Greate Location

The view of the sea in front of the restaurant is very beautiful. Nice suppotive staff, great location. We had salad, soup and fried rice.. food was really good and tasty but we ordered roasted potato but it actually deep fried potato slice. 😂 We had tea several times. It was exactly what I wanted. ❤ worth for the price ..

Beds are not very comfortable. The water supply was not in top condition. Hot water cold water cannot balance as it should be.

absolutely nothing

it was supposed to be deluxe double room, not a chance !! dirty only 1 bulb working bathroom very dirty mirror full of grime we got change of towels and sheets after 4 days,and still not clean towels small and thread bearded was booked in till 7th week left on the 4th it was the worst hotel I ever stayed in ,not fit of animals they didn’t even offer a refund on 3 day we had left , this hotel should not be allowed on booking.com

Excellent and cute hotel, I lived in it twice, and will return again. Very close to the ocean, staff is kind and helpful

staff was friendly and helpful. room and toilet was clean.

Food wasn’t that good. they could not properly serve a simple Sri Lankan breakfast, only when I reminded them they got the rest of what it came with.

Good located house, direct access to the beach. Beach bar serves breakfast for a very reosanable price. Rooms located in a yard, therefore a little loud. Rooms are aged, but still okay. Ventilator and a/c

Uneasy vibes

Location was great! Good coffee

Coffee and breakfast available only after 8am - too late for having a coffee before morning surf. Bed, towel, pillow cases and blankets had a lot of (blood) stains on it. Broken glass on the corridor (stayed there for >24h), bad air circulation, weird atmosphere due to other guests, very loud noise in the evening, some very deep sound was coming from the walls - super weird! We slept very badly - luckily we had earplugs with us, that helped a bit.

Room with balcony overlooking the beach; direct access to the beach; fully equipped room, everything working and clean, though cheap equipment

One worker unfriendly to one guest and our guide; large holes in moskito netting; WiFi did not reach the room; only one reachable free socket

Easy, friendly, value place to stay in the heart of Hikkaduwa

have stayed at Ritas a few times. A good beach experience. Friendly staff who are happy to help. Rooms are fine and priced well. walking distance to everything in Hikkaduwa.
