Very nice hotel in front of the sea, with parking and a nice breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful. This is our second time at the hotel, and we'll come back. Thank you!

Prima verblijf maar niet super goed

De ligging was prettig, direct aan zee en een leuk stadje met een leuke boulevard

Excellent location

Excellent location, easy access from the main road from Agious Nik, easy to find, continental breakfast included in a very reasonable price. Secure free car parking available at the hotel which is next to the harbour, beach and restaurants.

Pure Greek Hospitality

Room with large balcony overlooked harbour and the restaurants lining the foreshore. Easy to find, with hotel carpark in rear. Walked everywhere including COSTMOTE door for IT issue. With the charm of yesteryear and the application of modern cleaning/dining practices it was good value.

Restaurants downstairs and on people on the boardwalk tended to get a little rowdy but they were all gone by 11pm.

Location is great, breakfast ok, newly refurbished bathroom very nice, the rest of the furniture bit dated. Secure parking just behind the building with convenient rear entrance.

There seemed to be a soil pipe running through the wall of my room and everytime the watter was running down from upper floors, it vas rather noisy :-(

Good stay

Fantastic location, overlooking the water. The beach and many great restaurants are right there. It was a solid place for a quick 1 night stay. Had all the basics and loved the balcony that looked out over the water.

Shower curtain stuck to my body when showering.

Great location and good price/performance

We took a room slightly more expensive than basic and got sea view and an modernized bathroom. Good enough, comfortable room, albeit a bit dated. Nice balcony facing the harbor, good place to be. OK breakfast. Location is great, just walk outside and you're almost in the busy city center (around the harbor). We liked Siteia a lot!

Most things are a bit dated, but comfortable. Could use a general overhaul, but good enough

Right next to the beach perfect.

Its location was next to the beach and to the harbour with views of the town and restaurants all with in short distance rooms were clean and tidy good breakfast Quite at night times an enjoyable stay thank you .

We had a perfect night

The hotel is located in the the middle of the sea shore of Sitia and is convenient as it is near the bus station, the taxi rank and the Harbor. The personnel was polite, the room was clean, had a beautiful view and had everything one expects to find in a Hotel of this rate.

The elevator was small.

Earplugs can come in handy

Location to the city is great!

Thin walls, noisy airconditioning. We were unlucky to be surrounded by people who attended a weddingparty and made a lot of noise coming home between 3 and 5am...to be fair this wasn't the fault of the hotel, just unlucky for us.

Good for one night, close to transportation. Dont expect great comfort

It is 15 mins far from the port, and 5 mins from the bus station. So the location is great for travelling. It is good for one night. The breakfast was good.

Falling asleep was quite hard especially if want to go to bed around 10 to 12 because you hear the doors slamming all the time. It is the same for the morning, if you want to sleep till 10, you can not. People would be going for breakfast and you hear everything from the corridors. The internet connection was poor in the room, had a hard time connecting. We had to stand by the door to get the internet.

GREAT LOCATION

GREAT LOCATION ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THE BEACH WITH A GREAT VIEW. LOTS OF RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA, COMFORTABLE ROOM AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. SIMPLE BREAKFAST INCLUDED.

Perfect!

We paid for a superior double room with sea view. This is a separate penthouse suite on the top floor, with the benefit of a huge rooftop terrace complete with sun beds. Totally private, fantastic view across the bay and perfect for sun-worshippers! Location of the hotel is ideal for restaurants and the beach. The room itself was very comfortable, clean and quiet, everything worked well.

Breakfast was a bit monotonous.

Enjoyed my stay at this perfectly positioned hotel.

The hotel is at the very promenade by the sea. I had a lovely room with a view and this made my sitting on the balcony even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean.

Wi-fi connection was rather poor.

Worst Hotel Room in Crete

The room was overlooking the bay.

The bedroom was so old fashioned, it looked like it hadn't been updated since the 70s. The bed was made up with a stiflingly hot dark brown valour blanket - absolutely the most uncomfortable nights sleep we've ever experienced. No facilities whatsoever in the room, aside from a noisy fridge we switched off halfway through the night. The bathroom shower consisted of a miniscule square, separated from the toilet with only a white curtain, so it would be impossible to shower without getting water all over the toilet. It was worse than a camping shower. We did not shower that night. Besides all this, the walls are paper thin, so we could hear toilets flushing in other rooms, constant banging from the hall, and people outside talking and laughing all night. Not worth the position of the hotel at all. Avoid!

Nice and cozy place right in front of the beach

Nice, clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and balcony. Very helpful staff! Great location as well, right on the beach road, with plenty of options for dinner and drinks nearby.

Not perfect, but enjoyable.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was excellent.

The bathroom was old and tired, desperately needed refurbishment. The sheets were too small for the bed. Like most Greek hotels the breakfast was very basic.
