About this apartment rental
A delightful apartment of about 60 square meter (about 650 square feet), located on the 2nd floor of a small 5-units building. 10 minute walk from the town of Torri del Benaco (Località Pontirola n. 184) and 50 meters from the beach, but in a very quiet area, the apartment enjoys a stunning view of Lake Garda.
The living area, all with lake view, consists of living room and a quite large kitchen which is well equipped.
The kitchen is complete with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster plate, espresso and filter coffee makers, kettle.
In the living room, there is a three-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV and watch German, English, Danish, Belgian or Russian channels…
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, (one of which has a wonderful view to the lake) and the possibility of adding a cot bed.
The bathroom is large with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and washing machine.
The long balcony, with view to the lake, features a coffee table, chairs and electric awnings.
Connected to the apartment there is also a beautiful terrace, with a characteristic olive tree that "crosses" it. On the terrace, there is enoguh space to enjoy a meal while obseving the beautifulnes of lake Garda, or to simply sunbathe and relax.
A beach umbrella and one deck chair are provided.
There is also a large private parking for your use!

Due to late flight into Verona Airport, our arrival at Stefano apartments was quite late & in darkness. Despite this, our wonderful host Barbara met us and took time to show us our apartment & explain everything to us. The apartment was spotlessly clean & very comfortable and on our first morning, the true splendour of Lake Garda was revealed from our balcony. The location of the apartments is excellent albeit the access lane to the front gate can be quite challenging due to the steep & uneven terrane. During our stay, we found the apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday and we have no hesitation in recommending it to our family & friends who may wish to visit this beautiful location.

Two women (36 + 40 years old) enjoyed their stay at the clean and well-equipped apartment. The communication with Barbara was very easy. She responds quickly via Whatsapp and is always eager to help with anything. For us it was a wonderful week!

We were blown away by the views from the balcony - the photos don't do it justice! Barbara was a great host and gave us lots of info about the apartment and local area, and was easily contactable if needed. Location is great - it was great to be able to pop down for a swim in the lake, and an easy stroll into Torri to reach all the restaurants. Apartment was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed, and air conditioning came into it's own when temperatures soared!

Barbara is a great host . Any little problem is fixed right away . Apartment clean and specious. View perfect. A place to come back to. Airco came in handy . The extra charge is worth it. But one friendly advice : have a sign at the main road where to turn off to the road to the apartment. But of course you want it to be a ‘ hidden gem’ 😀

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung
Das war eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen die ich in den letzten 25 Jahren gebucht hatte. Es hat alles gepasst, es war super sauber , alles ist vorhanden und die Lage ist perfekt. Was uns sprachlos gemacht hat war der Blick auf den Garda See, perfekt. Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlich begrüßt und mit einer schönen Flasche Rotwein willkommen geheissen. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit bei allem was man Sie fragt. Und immer freundlich.
Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir werden sicherlich nochmal dort einen Urlaub verbringen.

Schönster Sonnenuntergang auf der Terasse
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Barbara hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war uns eine sehr große Hilfe . Grazie Barbara.
Zur Stadt ist es nicht weit , immer am See entlang .
Eigener Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Hof war auch super.
Ansonsten hat Barbara alles was man wissen muß in einer schönen Mappe zusammengefasst.

Schöne ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht
Die Vermieterin hat alles super in Griff! Sehr einladend und freundlich! Toller Empfang. Parkplatz ist großzügig vorhanden. Gepflegtes Haus.

Ein sensationeller Urlaub
Ich fasse einmal zusammen:
- sehr freundliche Begrüßung
- Barbara hat viel erklärt und war und auch während des Urlaubs ein guter Ansprechpartner
- Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben. Sensationeller Balkon mit Liegen
-Wir waren 2 Personen und hatten sehr viel Platz .
Das Appartement war sauber und alles nötige vorhanden.
-sogar eine Waschmaschine
-überdachter Parkplatz
-toller Standort um den See zu erkunden.
Es gab 3 Dinge , die uns nicht gut gefallen haben.
- Wir waren Mitte Juni und es war heiss.
Eine Klimaanlage hat gefehlt.
-das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und
- der Einstieg ins Wasser ist nicht schön und dort liegen konnte man nicht.
Es gab in der Nähe diverse Möglichkeiten .
Es war trotz der Punkte ein gelungener Urlaub und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Dann aber im Mai....zum Wandern war es schon fast zu heiß....

Appartement komplett wie beschrieben. Der Empfang durch Barbara herzlich und offen. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit Totalblick auf den Gardasee inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Am liebsten gerne wieder.

Das Apartment liegt super (sensationeller Blick über den Lago, Parkmöglichkeit hinterm Haus, Bademöglichkeit: 1 Minute, Einkaufen & Essen gehen: 5 Minuten, die Straße ist wie überall nahe des Sees zu hören, aber gut erträglich) und wirklich vollständig ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin Barbara ist zudem super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der sehr schönen Wohnung verbracht. Torri ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt und auch ein sehr schöner Ort. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Schlafzimmer ist traumhaft. Kleiner Strand und Ort sind flott zu erreichen. (Fußweg am See entlang). Absolute Empfehlung .

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in einer schönen Ferienwohnung ! Der Strand ist schnell erreicht !
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet! Der Blick auf den nahen See umwerfend und auch der kiesige Strand schnell erreicht !! Zur Stadt läuft man ca 10 Minuten was immer kurzweilig ist! Man läuft immer auf einem guten Fußweg dem See entlang!!!
Die Vermieterin Barbara ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit !!Sie ist jederzeit erreichbar!!! Auch das Städtchen Torri del Benaco ist sehenswert und viele gute Restaurants laden ein!!
Wir kommen sicher wieder!!! Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!!!

Tolle Unterkunft, schöner Urlaub, gern wieder
Der Urlaub war genau wie erhofft - wunderschön. Der Gardasee ist wirklich eine Reise wert, das Wasser ist glaskar und wunderbar um zu baden. In der nahen Umgebung um Torri gibt es jede Menge Freizeitaktivitäten.
Die Bilder der Ferienwohnung lügen nicht. Die Aussicht ist bombastisch. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet. Durch die Hanglage in zweiter Reihe bekommt man nicht so viel von der Hauptstraße mit - man hört zwar die Fahrzeuge, aber wir konnten dennoch mit geöffneter Balkontüre schlafen. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb vom Ortskern, ist aber fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr schön fanden wir auch den eigenen Pkw-Stellplatz auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück.
Torri del Benaco ist zwar ein etwas kleinerer, beschaulicherer Ort - die Gastronomie ist aber auch hier hervorragend. Außerdem finde ich die geografische Lage sehr gut. Nach Norden Rtg. Malcesine und nach Süden Rtg. Garda, Bardolino, Lazise ist es nicht weit.
Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da und wenn wir wieder kommen, dann hierher.

Toller Urlaub
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15 Minuten Fussweg vom Ortszentrum Torri del Benaco entfernt und ist entsprechend gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Insbesondere für abendliche Ausflüge in den Ort ist dies sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Reihe oberhalb der Strasse am Gardasee. Der Straßenverkehr ist somit nicht allzu störend. Insbesondere im hinteren Schlafzimmer kommt man allmorgendlich in den Genuss eines wunderbaren Vogelkonzerts. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen perfekt, die Ausstattung ist gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung.
Dieser Blick auf den See schon beim Aufwachen, unbezahlbar. Barbara (Vermieterin) ist super freundlich, spricht klasse Englisch und kümmert sich bei Problemen sofort. Die Betten sind die besten die ich in Italien je hatte. Alles in allem unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihren Seeblick.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist in guter Laufnähe zur "City" von Torri, zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. In der Wohnung ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Durch die 2 Schlafräume kann man sich entscheiden, ob man beim Aufwachen den Seeblick genießen möchte oder das nach hinten ruhiger gelegene Zimmer bevorzugt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sagen DANKE an Barbara.
PS: Bei Anreise sollte Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel und Lappen im Gepäck nicht fehlen;)

Perfect Holidays with amazing view
We stayed for one week. The appartement is very nice. Parking is near appartement. All necessary equipment available (e.g. coffee machine, water kettle etc.). It is a perfect location for day tours around Lago di Garda or to Verona. Perfect view of the lake from the balcony, sunset over the mountains are a highlight. Last but not least, Barbara is a perfect host. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Panoramablick
Wir fühlten uns hier eine Woche wirklich gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung liegt ideal: man kann in ca.15 Min. zu Fuß am Uferweg den sehr idyllischen Ort Torri del Benaco erreichen. Hier gibt es alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Angenehm ist auch der eigene großzügige, zum Teil schattige Parkplatz direkt beim Haus.
Die Wohnung (2. Stock, Nr.3) ist praktisch eingerichtet und alle wichtigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Der Balkon besitzt einen wunderbaren Essplatz für zwei und einen Liegestuhl. WLAN ist inbegriffen und funktioniert genauso perfekt, wie die deutschen Sender im Sat-TV. Das ganze Appartment inklusive der Außenanlagen macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck.
Doch ganz besonders haben wir jeden Tag den langen Westbalkon (Sonnenuntergang!) mit unschlagbarer Aussicht über fast den ganzen See genossen!
Herzlich und hilfsbereit wurden wir von Barbara mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöne Zimmer und sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See und Nähe zum Zentrum
Barbara ist eine sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus Casa Stefano nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit einem fantastischen (!!!) Ausblick
Wir hatten bis zur Anreise leichte Zweifel, ob der Ausblick wirklich so ist, wie auf den Fotos.
Als wir uns dem Haus näherten war aber schon klar: Alles echt!
Ein schönes Apprtement mit allem, was man so braucht, einziges kleines Manko, wenn man pingelig ist, sind vielleicht die nicht so bequemen Balkonstühle. Aber es hat schon einen besonderen Reiz, wenn man abends im Bett liegt und einen unglaublichen Blick auf den See hat und morgens beim Aufwachen natürlich auch.
Barbara ist zudem sehr, sehr nett auf eine extrem sympatische italienische Art und ist immer für ihre Gäste da.
Das die Landstraße um den See in blickweite ist und man immer mal auch etwas von dem Verkehr dort mitbekommt (in Maßen!!) hat uns nicht gestört, da dieser Ausblick für wirklich alles andere unwichtig macht.
Torri kann man problemlos zu Fuß erreichen und alles andere in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto.
Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
Fazit:

Traumhafter Urlaub mit super Aussicht
Das war ein Urlaub ohne Mängel. Die Wohnung war mit 2 Schlafzimmern ausgestattet. Alles war tiptop sauber und alles war so wie in der Objektbeschreibung dargestellt. Parkplätze neben dem Haus sind auch vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung stand bereits eine gekühlte Flasche Wein parat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft und fussläufig in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Für Grosseinkäufe fährt man aber besser in die Nachbarorte. LIDEL und EUROSpar haben dort eine Auswahl wie in Deutschland.
Von der Wohnung aus sind es nur 2 Minuten zum Kiesstrand. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Erste Restaurants erreicht man nach 10 Minuten laufen. Mit dem Auto in die Stadt zu fahren ist nicht empfehlendswert da kostenlose Parkplätze Mangelware sind. Restaurantempfehlungen möchte ich keine geben, will aber sagen, dass es mir überall geschmeckt und die Preise etwas geringer als in Deutschland sind.
Fazit: Wir kommen wieder, alleine der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin muss man auch noch erwähnen.

We just loved it! It's a wonderful flat with an amzing view. It is quiet and Barbara and her parents are soo nice! The flat is big enough for 2 couples or a family with 2-3 kids. WLAN allows you to look up the events and activities around lake Garda. Verona is worth a day-trip. We really appreciated our stay in Torri and we will definetely come back! Thanks again, Barbara!
