Exceptional
Amazing place. Over expectation. The host-Konstatinos is very frendly and helpful. During winter the house is warm. The master bedroom is spectacular.

WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS
The stay was way beyond expectations, the garden is so beautiful. The location is great for some privacy but still not to far away from everything. The host was one of the most helpful hosts i have had in all my travels, alwayd helped me to call a taxi and if there were any questions i had he was always ready to help.

Exceptional
Villa Elena is a wonderful, cosy, and spacious property with a beautiful garden. It is ideally located close to the city, but at the same time amongst nature. Excellent to visit in all seasons.

Maybe just a little bit of renovation in some parts but just a little bit in my opinion. Everything is excellent!

Toller Aufenthalt im Paradies
It was a real pleasure to stay at Villa Elena … and special thanks to Konstantinos, who managed everything for us, even the necessary Covid-Test for our return flight. The house offers everything we need and the garden with the pool looks like a small Paradise. It took 25 Min. to the (small) Beach in Peraia by foot and it took 5 Minutes back by taxi (5 EUR or less) - that’s what we preferred, because the streets go up to villa Elena. The location is superb, because it is so calm and you have a fantastic few to Thessaloniki from the upper balcony. To visit the City we took the ferry from the jetty in Peraia to the White Tower in the Center of Thessaloniki (it takes 50 Min. and it costs 5 EUR each way). We will come back! Bitte selber übersetzen …. ;-)

It was a great stay and looking forward to go there in summer months to enjoy at the max.
The location was great and the host Mr. Kostantinos was very helpful and polite. The house was great as we go to many places and didnt expect it to be so nice!! Clean , spacey and comfortable .Will go there again 100% in summer months

Perfect holiday!
My family and I had a fabulous holiday in villa Elena. We loved the fact that it was not over looked and had lots of separate areas to sit in the sun or shade. The villa itself is huge and well equipped - true luxury! We loved the pool area and spent almost all day everyday out there with our children. The owner Konstantinos was very nice and helpful and we would really like to come back again in the future.
