Beautiful, comfortable, and very clean property - affordable in close promxity to downtown Cortina

This property was excellent - overall, I highly recommend it, and I would certainly stay there again. It was extremely clean when we arrived, so definitely no worries there (and a fresh-baked torte was there as well). The owners are friendly, accommodating, and helpful (gave us lots of tips on where to hike, where to shop, etc.). It is a two bedroom apartment (one-queen bed in one room and two singles in another, and the mattresses are really comfortable), so for the price, you get plenty of space, which also includes a small kitchen (well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc.), a sitting (TV) room, two bathrooms (one with a steam shower!), plus a small deck. The apartment is a short walk from downtown Cortina (approx. 2 km), which we enjoyed; we often prefer to stay outside of the downtown area. I have three other comments, however, none of these would prevent me from recommending the property or staying there again: 1) the free wifi in downtown Cortina is very spotty, and while I know that it's important to be disconnected for vacation, sometimes we still need it; so I think that wifi might be a good addition to the property (currently not available); 2) the apartment is right on the main road that runs into Cortina, so it is busy, and there is traffic noise, however, the apartment is relatively well-insulated, and we were not disturbed so much by the traffic; 3) the apartment could be stocked with a few items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and maybe some basic cooking/food items like salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil.

Vacanza vissuta nella sempre splendida cornice delle dolomiti, avere la possibilità di una base dove soggiornare, vicino a Cortina, e allo stesso tempo in un contesto unico, con un panorama che abbraccia tutte i principali gruppi montuosi della valle. Merita passare una vacanza qui, coccolati anche dalla simpatica padrona di casa. Grazie di tutto, se avremo modo ritorneremo volentieri. Un abbraccio a tutti e a questo splendido posto.

L’ appartement est très bien équipé, la vue sur la Croda del Lago, les Tofane et le Sorapiss est magnifique, l' accueil par Silvana très chaleureux, un endroit idéal pour faire des randonnées et des via ferrata dans les différents massifs qui entourent Cortina.

L'appartamento Trampolino è comodo e spazioso in ottima posizione per chi cerca un posto vicino a Cortina. L'arredamento è nuovo e l'attrezzatura in cucina più che adeguata. La passeggiata per andare in centro è piacevole, richiede 25-30 minuti e comunque l'autobus urbano è frequente e la fermata si trova a pochi metri da casa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La cortesia della signora Silvana è straordinaria ed è sempre stata pronta a risponderci ed aiutarci. Speriamo di tornarci nuovamente

Appartamento appena ristrutturato , mobili nuovi su misura e tantissimo spazio negli armadi, curato nei dettagli (cabina doccia con idromassaggio e sauna) , fornito di grandi e piccoli elettrodomestici che ti permettono di muoverti come a casa propria , inoltre doppi servizi .....utilissimi !!! Molto pulito, bella e nuova biancheria letto . Leggermente fuori dal paese ma raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto (consiglio di fare la strada alternativa alla statale). Un grazie speciale a Silvana per la sua disponibilità e per i suoi "regali" , verdura dall'orto e una torta meravigliosa 👍

The apartment was lovely well designed and well equipped with sauna in the bathroom and kitchen with all necessary equipment's. The beds were super comfy, memory foam mattress, very relaxing sleep. Everything was set up for us to have a fantastic time. From the balcony there is a fantastic views of the Dolomite mountains.
