Limpeza,conforto,estacionamento,localização....

Do check in muito complicado,tivemos q sair e fazer o check in no hotel ao lado ...numeração dos quartos não corresponde aos andares.. nosso quarto era 400 e era no terceiro andar ...😩😩😩

Incheckning utan personal!

Ett hotell där man checkar in själv via terminal, inte optimalt! Svårt att förstå, väldigt lite förklarande text hur man gör. Är du inte van vid data m.m. Välj ett annat hotell. Och allt är väldigt opersonligt, ingen frukost. Ingen bar, ingen personal, bara rum!

Incheckningen, det var svårt att få till!

In den Zimmern ist nichts von den anderen Gästen zu hören.

-Der Check in Automat ist die reine Katastrophe. -bei der Nummer die man bei Problemen kontaktieren kann, geht niemand ran so das man immer wieder ins Nachbar Hotel laufen muss. -Die Beschilderung irreführend Beispiel: auf einem Schild ist man im dritten Stock im Fahrstuhl ist es plötzlich der zweite Stock. -Das Zimmer war nicht sauber,fremde schwarze Haare auf dem Bett und Kopfkissen. -in einem Einzelzimmer keine Ablage Möglichkeit für die Kleidung. -keine Möglichkeit für Getränke, es wäre schön wenn über einen einfachen Getränkeautomaten nachgedacht wird.

Big rooms and good connection to public transport heading towards the city

There is no parking at the hotel as well as no reception. This is apparently available at the Partner hotel (Four Seasons) across the street

Quiet and clean room to rest after long day in Lubeck

Room was clean and comfortable. It is a little far from centre(but well connected with buses) but pretty quiet and it didn't felt unsafe at all. Overall we had a great experience, we only used it for sleeping while we visited Lubeck's historical centre (in 15 min you are in the main gate by bus).

Not really minuses for me but info for other guests. The location is not in the centre (but you have at least 2 buses that leads you to both the bhf and the centre). The hotel doesn't have reception but the next-to main hotel has and the staff were really nice. Some rooms lead to a busy road so I recommend to close the windows if it is not too hot.

It’s not worth it.

There was not much to like for the price.

- The main sign outside states that this is not a hotel, but a motel. clearly the motel sign is the right one. - The location is right next to a busy road with a lot of ambulances going by. - The bathroom was in need of more then just surface cleaning. - The bed was equipped with summer duvets in winter time. - The room had a comfort temperature for penguins. - Poor material choice and finish of the construction. - Check in is normally done at a machine, since there is no staff. - The check in machine was out of service, so it had to be done at a hotel 200m away. - The 4 star hotel rating is without doubt for Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, who owns VIVA hotel/motel. - Will not recommend.

Poor Internet Connection. No Hotel reception in the building. No landline connection. Too costly.

I liked the cleanliness.

There was no reception at the Viva Hotel. The Internet connection was poor. Everytime the Internet connection was poor we had to go to the reception at Vierjahres zeiten Hotel and inform them. There was no landlines connection to call them to. I and my husband was there for a Business trip and we had to do a lot of work online and the internet connection was so poor that we didnot complete our work. The price was too high according to the poor service. I have lived in many cheap hotels where they even provide you with a landlines connection to connect to them. The price was really high than what it should have been charged. They took 176 Euro for a room in the basement for two nights. There was no shampoo no face wash. We are expected to wash our hair with a Hand-wash and our face too with a Hand-wash. May be they expect us to carry all the stuff with us while travelling. When I keep the windows closed then I expect them to be closed even after the room service. Through out the night I had no idea that the windows were open behind the curtains and I was really cold inspire of the heaters. They must know that certain things must be kept as it is. If I want to keep the windows open I will do it.

Does the job perfectly for a quick stop-over on the road.

Close to the motorway for a stop-over, very spacious room, new and clean, 25 minutes by foot from the center. Lots of traffic but effective windows so no problem and good sound isolation from other rooms. Exactly what we needed.

Found a pyjama under my pillow (?). Instant coffee would have been nice.

Room is werry small, for 89€ i be so big shock for that what i see, bathroom/toilet be like without doors!!!!! Staff next day dont come and take rubish out and dont cange thovels, dont clean the room. I mast do that by self. I pay for all three nights same price but i think thats no fear,too big money for dont have hotel car parking and no cleaning no dors in the bath no friendly staf!!!!! I m werry bed thinking for that hotel. Not recomended!!!!
