About this house rental

Boracay is a duplex (two sides) and is rentable as both sides combined. Or, each side can be rented separately as Boracay Upper or Boracay Lower.

BORACAY is THE premiere Vacation Rental home in Kure Beach.
Boracay is a beautiful 8000 SQ. ft. oceanfront vacation rental home that comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests!
A stunning open floor plan on the building’s second floor features 270-degree ocean views, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, fireplace, wet bar and two separate sitting areas to accommodate guests and a large flat screen television equipped with cable. The large oceanfront deck has wide-open views of the Kure Pier and allows private beach access leading to the white sand beach. Common areas on the top two floors (as well as most bedrooms) feature hardwood flooring. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances.

The ground floor could be a stand-alone unit. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living area is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and sufficient seating for all. The living/dining/kitchen areas are designed with an open floor plan which provides for a wonderful vacation environment for you and your family or friends. Walk right out your oceanfront door to the ground-level porch seating area with private beach access to enjoy Kure Beach’s white sandy beaches.

During the Off-Season, Boracay Upper or Boracay Lower can be rented separately.

We had a wonderful time at Boracay. The house was the perfect size for our family of 25-26 people from 4 months to 85 years old. The house is well appointed. Some of the beds were not very comfortable and one of the bathrooms was not very clean but most of the house was amazing. There is a mold problem in the terrace unit so the odor wasn’t very pleasant. There also needs to be some maintenance done on the walkway to the beach. Overall we had a beautiful stay at this house and would highly recommend for a large family reunion.

This house was lovely, right on the beach, spacious for our big group, plenty of bathrooms, and great views of the ocean. We had 2 2 year olds in our group and they had room to play, we loved the area, we could walk to restaurants, grocery nearby, would definitely recommend this house!

We had a wonderful time. We celebrated my wife's 50th Birthday with friends and family. There was plenty of rooms to comfortably accommodate all of our guest. The elevator was not working and that was a bit disappointing. But otherwise we enjoyed the house.

Our family of 18 had more than enough space in this house! It was just steps to the beach which was awesome with 4 young kids. There are plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!
