The home’s prime location, just three blocks from the Kure Beach Fishing Pier, includes parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway, a gas grill, and access to one garage (parking not allowed inside). Two oceanfront decks offer stunning views, with the main deck connecting to the pool and featuring seating and lounge chairs, while the third-floor deck provides a serene retreat accessible from bedrooms and a wet bar area.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with a dining table for eight and bar seating for six. Amenities include a flat stovetop oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and multiple coffee makers, along with specialty appliances like a blender, waffle maker, and griddle. POOL HEATING NOTE AND LIMITS: This unit has pool heating capabilities during the months of mid-March through mid-May and Labor Day through October. Pool heating is no additional cost to guests who visit during these timeframes and the pool will be heated upon arrival, weather permitting (rain and low temperatures will impact the ability to heat the pool. The heater can only bring the pool temperature 10-15 degrees above the lowest temperature of the day).
