There is no regular maintenance for the apartments. The toilet in the room is leaking and the apartments are not checked, that's bad. The utensils in the kitchen are old. The cooker does not heat up well. This is the second time I stay in this hotel. Nothing has changed for the better, the furniture is old. There are much better places than this hotel for the price

locations are near shops, restaurants and Cleopatra beach. Delicious food at restaurant and hospitality of the staffs at restaurant Angora.

If you are looking for a hotel ie a basic bed, a shower and toilet this place is for you.

The sofa bed in the living room was better than the single bed. The location was quite nice and close to the beach. The Ukrainian girl was helpful enough to bring the cleaning equipment to our room for us to clean for our sick friend.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL. - No cleaners after 5 pm so be careful if you have any issues. - Bed covering and pillowcases were not changed daily. - Extremely poor wifi - Very low lighting in rooms - No toiletries ( ie hand soap, no hand tissue air freshener) - No air condition in the living room, very hot. - Hotel Food tasted frozen, stale and not fresh for Turkey - Management gave us the cold shoulder quite often Finally, My friend was sick in the living room at around 6 pm. The reception person said the cleaners went home at 5 pm. We were forced to clean the sick with a flat mop and a brush. To clean the vomit we used the towels we were provided as we had no choice. They charged us around £25 for a few towels. It didn't feel like a guest should have been treated. It felt like we were renting an apartment rather than staying at a hotel.

Excellent holiday in Alanya

It was amazing! Very friendly hosts, ready to answer your questions and help with a smile! Rooms are clean, recently renovated, equipped with furniture and necessary utensils. You can not only cook in the apartment, but also visit the hotel's restaurant and taste local and European cuisine. The location of the hotel is excellent - 5 minutes to the gorgeous Cleopatra beach. The shopping area is also within walking distance. We were in Alanya by car, there were no problems with parking. We would like to return to the hotel again!

The apartments are good, the service is good, the location is perfect, close to the sea, from the markets and the market. The balcony is a very beautiful view. My stay was in an apartment on the corner of the hotel, the apartment overlooking the mountains and the sea at the same time. The owners of the hotel are very helpful and nice

Alanya experience

Nice hotel, 3 minutes walk to the best beach in Alanya, near to the beautiful market. 5 minutes walking I love it, I enjoyed my stay. Best regards to Mr Murad and his wonderful mother , the owners

The hall needs one more AC, because it not cold area for the sofa bed

Nicest staff ever! Wonderful people who have been very helpful, smiling and they make you feel well. It's a very attractive price for downtown Alanya. Don't know if you can find better for that price. It's a flat with a fridge, kettle, hotplates, balcony and 2 tables + 4 chairs! The building also has an elevator! You MUST try the gözleme on the terrace! The only tiny trouble we had is with the air con... there should be one in the living room as well (there is only one in the bedroom). Maybe it's designed differently in the other rooms ... for those who use the air con of course ! But except that, everything was perfect... the quality/price ratio really DESERVES a 9 out of 10 and the staff 20 out 10!

Home away from home!

The pictures don't do it justice the facilities are a lot more newer than they look in the pictures. The apartments are big, clean with good sized balconies and basic necessities like cutlery ketlle, coffe filter etc. The staff is excellent, is a familly run place and everyone from the owners till their mother participate to make your stay feel like home. It really was like a home away from home. Nice atmosphere at the restaurant, small but usable and clean pool and only 2 min from the sea with discounted beds and parasols. Would definetly recommend and hope to be back soon. Thanks to Murat and all your familly for our great stay!
