Exceptional

Alex was the best from the second we arrived, such a clean and well kept complex. Ideal location as it was only a 1 minute walk to everything you need, would definitely recommend and will be returning as soon as possible! Sad to be leaving

Disappointing

I liked the pool. Good location.

I booked a room with a balcony. However, I was given a room with a shared balcony with other guests. The entrance to the room was through the shared balcony. The hotel is populated by young people who constantly drink alcohol and sniff something. It's very noisy at night. They are constantly shouting and listening to music. The air conditioning is not included in the price. On the first day, they mentioned a payment of 6.5€, but when we came to pay two days later, the cost had already increased to 8€. I don't think this is good. The room is very small. The kitchen is poorly equipped. We had to ask for a stove. I will not stay at this hotel again

Object, rooms and all area are very clean, comfortable. Staff excellent, always in the complex. Pool with clear water. Complex have own good plage and isn't needed to go on any others.

The location was literally perfect such a quick walk to the strip , honestly if your looking for a reasonable place to stay here is a great option, it’s not a five star hotel but it’s clean the facilities are perfect pool is fab and right on the beach the staff are helpful and there is no hassle

The shower could have been better at times but it was still acceptable

Nice stay if what you are looking for is to party.

The pool was really nice and everyroom has a little terrace. The beach is litteraly next. The supermarkets and the restaurants were at less than 30 seconds walking distance. And the owner is really nice and helpful.

The hotel is located next to the main street in Kavos, and that street is really busy, that’s a problem at night, when people go out and make a lot of noise, and if you have the window open, you can hear everything, which makes it difficult to sleep.

was okay but not worth repeating

The location is cool, it is in the start of the market. there are super markets near to the hotel.

we had to pay extra money for AC which was mainly included in our booking. the swimming pool closes very early, also there is no lighting in the pool area in night, which all hotels that are next to our hotel has, no music at any time and also the hotel entrance turn off it's light early. the hotel is not bad but you feel like the owner is trying to save as much as he can by turning off everything so early.

Amazing, couldn’t recommend more. Went with friends and was perfect, great rooms and facilities.

Exceeded our expectations. Was great location, quiet and the cleaner was an added bonus!

Beds were quite hard but only a tiny issue.

Perfect for sleeping, pay more if you want luxury

Very good location, friendly owner, and alright value for your money.

Beds were pretty small, sheets had stains on them. Bathroom was really disgusting.

The location is good because it is by the sea and the pool is maintained regularly.

The rooms are below average, containing only the most basic. Everything is very old and used a lot. Towel and were changed twice in 10 days. The air conditioning is bad and it is charged extra even though it is not said in advance.

Alexander is very nice and was helpful all pur stay, the pool and position is good as it is not in the middle of the nightlife and so is quiet during the night

Wi-Fi was not working and cooking facilities were not sufficient

The stay was nice except the mentioned inconvenience

Location was perfect, on the beach, next to the swimming-pool, close to the Lefkimi port, shops/supermarkets around. Parking place available in front of the location. Swimming pool was very clean, the water was perfect, not very cold. Billiard available for 1 Eur fee. The host Alex was very nice person, customer oriented, willing to please the guests, English speaker.

The amenities in the bathroom were old, the toilet was not very clean. The light in the bathroom was very poor, and I asked Alex, the administrator to change it and he did instantly. Toilet cleaning was done better on the next day after arrival (which was unpleasant because we had to use it as it was on the first day) and during our stay, upon request. The cleaning woman on duty looked nervous when I asked her to clean properly the toilet, and made a lot of comments in Greek language.

Great location, comfortable rooms, generous Landlord.

Alex (Landlord) was so generous, the location is great, my children were loving the pool and the beach at the Hotel. The rooms were cleaned several times (three or four times) during the week, when we were there. Safe parking area was provided by the Hotel. Area near to the Hotel was wonderful. Kavos is a party 'district' of Corfu, but it was not disturbing at all, even we had three small kids.

Fabulous

The hotel has a pool and exterior place to chill. The stuff was very nice, and the conditions in general were good.

I didn't like the bathroom because it was't very clean.
