Loved our stay here! The breakfast was filling, the room was perfectly clean, and Cristina was always so friendly.

Cute hotel with delicious breakfast! Perfect place to stay while exploring the Dolomites. We loved it.

- very good breakfast - nice room with a balcony and view to the mountains - very clean and everything in good condition - close to bus stop for local buses, and also walking distance to Ortisei centrum

It was perfect.

The lady is extremely kind and helpful. She also offered a bus ticket, which I didn't need. Breakfast was excellent and for a change I got a real espresso in the morning. Thumbs up for coffee.

The shower tub was small, so I accidentally broke the bar for the bath soap. I apologize

The host was extremely kind and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious, it was in a beautiful and quiet location, slightly in the outskirts of Ortisei but easily reachable by bus.

Pension Pichler was excellent in all aspects: our hostess, Cristina, is the best ever. She is friendly, helpful, and engaging, answering all questions about the town and the region, and even welcoming us with maps and bus tickets, which we didn't need cause we had a car. The pension has a spacious indoor garage and offers total comfort in the bedroom. Everything is extremely clean, the beds were heaven and so were the towels. It is located some 1,5 km away from the center of the city, which was good because there were so many tourists everywhere. We truly loved it.

I love everything in this pension. Ich liebe diese haus! Cozy and clean room, Beautiful terrace, Warm and delicious breakfast, I love them. Most of all, I cannot forget the kindness of Ms. Pichler and her family to an traveler from far east. I really enjoyed warm-hearted atmosphere with other guest at morning. Don't miss Ms. Pichler's delicious strudel at breakfast!

very well run place, nicely furnished, well groomed

double standards : the first two days I had the impression nobody cared about wearing the masks, then out of a sudden on the third day we were asked to wear one, also two hikers were allowed to prepare lunch packages from the breakfast buffet, we were reprimanded when we did it.
